ROTI JOHN BERKEJU / CHEESY JOHN BUN

 




Cheesy John Bun

Ingredients

6 hotdog bun

Butter 
Olive oil 
Mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Filling

450 grams of minced chicken 

1 onion, diced 
1 teaspoon ground black pepper 
1 teaspoon curry powder
3 eggs beaten 
Coriander

Sauces/Decoration

Mayonnaise

Black pepper sauce 
Chilli sauce 
Lettuce 

Methods

  1. Sauté onion until it is fragrant. 
  2. Add minced chicken, black pepper, curry powder, coriander and salt. Stir well and let it heated for a while.
  3. Once it cooked set aside. 
  4. Beat eggs and add to the minced chicken mixture. Mix it well 
  5. Slice hotdog bun and buttered it. 
  6. Heat a frying pan and spoon filling mixture and spread evenly, sprinkled mozzarella cheese. 
  7. Place bread on a mixture and let it for a moment. 
  8. Lift it and put lettuce, mayonnaise, black pepper sauce and chili sauce. 
  9. Cut it into small portion and ready to eat.
Roti John Cheese

Bahan-bahan

6 roti hotdog

Mentega
Minyak zaiton 
Keju mozzarella

Inti

450 gram daging ayam kisar

1 biji bawang besar ~ potong dadu
1 sudu teh serbuk lada hitam
1 sudu teh serbuk kari daging 
3 biji telor dipukul
Daun sup

Bahan Sapuan/Hiasan

Mayonnaise

Sos lada hitam
Sos cili 
Salad

Langkah-langkah

  1. Tumiskan bawang hingga wangi. 
  2. Masukkan daging ayam kisar, serbuk lada hitam, serbuk kari daging, daun sup dan sedikit garam. Kacau sebati dan biarkan seketika. 
  3. Setelah masak ketepikan.
  4. Pukul telur dan campurkan ke dalam inti. Gaul sebati
  5. Roti hotdog dibelah dua dan disapukan mentega.
  6. Panaskan kuali leper dan sendukkan campuran inti dan ratakan, taburkan keju mozzarella.
  7. Letakkan roti ke atas campuran inti dan biarkan seketika.
  8. Angkat, letakkan salad, mayonnaise, sos lada hitam dan sos cili.
  9. Potong kecil dan siap untuk dimakan.

KUAH ROJAK / ROJAK SAUCE




Fruit Rojak Sauce

Ingredients

½ cup chili sauce

½ cup tomato sauce
½ cup sweet creamy soy sauce
3 table spoon homemade chilli paste (if like more hot, can add bird’s eye chilli)
½ cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
½ inch toasted shrimp paste
½ cup water
5 tablespoons sesame – dry fry
Peanut dry fry and coarsely ground
2 tablespoons black fermented shrimp paste (optional)

Serving Suggestions

Tempe fry and cut

Tofu fry and cut
Cucumber
Young mango
Sengkuang 
Bean sprouts

Methods

  1. Combine all ingredients except sesame and peanuts, and bring to a boil.
  2. Once the mixture becomes thick, add sesame seeds and peanuts, and stir briefly.
  3. When sauce was ready, cooled it before filled into bottles for storage.
  4. Sauce can be served with the serving suggestions.
Kuah Rojak Buah

Bahan-bahan

½ cawan sos cili 

½ cawan sos tomato 
½ cawan kicap lemak manis 
3 sudu besar cili kisar (kalau suka pedas boleh tambah cili padi)
½ cawan gula 
1 cawan gula merah 
½ inci belacan yang dibakar
½ cawan air 
5 sudu bijan - disangai 
Kacang tanah goreng tanpa minyak & ditumbuk kasar
2 sudu pes otak udang (optional) 

Cadangan hidangan


Tempe dipotong dan digoreng
Tahu digoreng dan dipotong
Timun
Mangga muda
Sengkuang
Taugeh

Langkah-langkah

  1. Campurkan semua bahan kecuali bijan dan kacang tanah, dan panaskan sehingga mendidih. 
  2. Setelah campuran menjadi pekat, masukkan bijan dan kacang tanah, dan kacau seketika.
  3. Kuah telah siap disejukkan sebelum diisi ke dalam botol untuk simpanan. 
  4. Kuah boleh dihidang bersama bahan cadangan hidangan.

STEW DAGING BEREMPAH / SPICY BEEF STEW

Spicy Beef Stew

Ingredients

½ kg of beef cut into cubes
1 carrot cut into cubes
1 seed potatoes cut into cubes
1 holland onion cut into wedges 
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 small can of tomato paste
1 tablespoon homemade ginger garlic paste
2 tablespoons homemade chili paste
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 tablespoons curry powder
1 tablespoon korma powder
5 tablespoons evaporated milk
½ canned broad beans (optional)
Salt
Sugar

Methods
  1. Fry the beef until dry.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste, chili paste, curry powder and korma powder, stir evenly.
  3. After the mixture evenly mix, add tomatoes paste and evaporated milk and let it simmer.
  4. Add carrots and potatoes. Leave it until the carrots and potatoes become soft and tender.
  5. Add salt, sugar and black pepper.
  6. Add broad beans, holland onions and chopped tomatoes.
  7. Let it simmer for a while. Ready to be served.
Stew Daging Berempah

Bahan-bahan

½ kg daging dipotong kiub
1 batang lobak merah dipotong kiub
1 biji keledek dipotong kiub
1 bawang holland dipotong wedges
1 tin tomato cincang
1 tin kecil pes tomato
1 sudu pes halia bawang putih
2 sudu pes cili kisar
1 sudu teh serbuk lada hitam
3 sudu rempah kari
1 sudu rempah korma
5 sudu besar susu cair
½ tin kacang parang (optional)
Garam
Gula

Langkah-langkah
  1. Goreng daging seketika sehingga kering.
  2. Masukkan pes halia bawang putih, pes cili kisar, rempah kari dan rempah korma, kacau sekata.
  3. Setelah campuran sekata masukkan pes tomato dan susu cair dan biarkan mereneh.
  4. Masukkan lobak dan keledek. Biarkan sehingga lobak menjadi lembut dan ubi empuk.
  5. Perisakan dengan garam, gula dan lada hitam.
  6. Masukkan kacang parang, bawang Holland dan tomato cincang.
  7. Biarkan seketika. Siap untuk dihidang.
