KENTANG PANGGANG BERKEJU / CHEESY BAKED POTATOES







Cheesy Baked Potatoes 


 Ingredients 
 
4 russet potatoes in cut halve
4 pieces of cheddar cheese cut halve
1 bowl of Bolognese sauce
8 pieces cupcake paper
Olive oil 

1 teaspoon mixed herb

Methods

  1. Potatoes cut into halve and put into containers to be baked in oven for 10 minutes at 170 °C or up to ¾ cooked. Sprinkle a little olive oil.
  2. Remove the potatoes and put them in a cupcake paper.
  3. Pour Bolognese sauce over the potatoes.
  4. Put cheddar cheese on top to cover the entire potato. Sprinkle mixed herbs on top cheese.
  5. Bake in oven for 5 minutes at 170 °C or until the cheese turns into golden yellow.
  6. Ready to be served.
Kentang Panggang Berkeju 

Bahan-bahan  

4 biji kentang russet dbelah dua
4 keping keju cheddar dibahagi dua
1 mangkuk kuah Bolognese
8 keping kertas kek cawan
Minyak zaiton

1 sudu teh herba campuran 

Langkah-langkah
  1. Kentang dibelah dua dan dimasukkan ke dalam bekas untuk dibakar dalam ketuhar selama 10 minit pada suhu 170°C atau sehingga ¾ masak. Rinjiskan sedikit minyak zaiton.
  2. Keluarkan kentang dan letakkan di dalam kertas kek cawan.
  3. Siramkan dengan kuah Bolognese.
  4. Lapiskan keju cheddar menutup keseluruhan kentang.Taburkan herba campuran ke atas keju.
  5. Bakar dalam ketuhar selama 5 minit pada suhu 170°C atau sehingga keju berubah warna menjadi kuning keemasan.
  6. Siap untuk dihidang.

SANDWIC SALAD KENTANG / POTATO SALAD SANDWICHES


Potato Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients

For Sandwiches

Baguette
Meat loaf
Butter

For Filling

2 potatoes diced and boil
3 inch diced cucumber
1 tomato, diced
Salad leaves
Salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

Sauces

Mayonnaise
Thousand island
Cheese sauce

Methods
  1. Combine all ingredients and sauces, mix it well.
  2. Grilled meat loaf, toasted baguette with butter.
  3. Place the meat loaf and salad on a baguette.
  4. Ready to be served.
Sandwic Salad Kentang

Bahan-bahan

Sandwic
Baguette
Meat loaf
Mentega

Inti

2 biji kentang dipotong dadu dan direbus
3 inci timun dipotong dadu
1 biji tomato dipotong dadu
Daun salad
Garam
1 sudu besar minyak zaiton
1 sudu teh lada hitam ditumbuk kasar

Sos

Mayonnaise
Thousand island
Sos keju

Langkah-langkah
  1. Campurkan semua bahan inti dan sos serta gaul rata.
  2. Panggang meat loaf, bakar baguette yang disapu mentega.
  3. Letakkan meat loaf dan salad ke atas baguette.
  4. Siap untuk dihidang.

JEMPUT-JEMPUT KENTANG / POTATO FRITTERS

 Bahan siap untuk campur / Ready to mix ingredients
 Tepung dicampur / Flours added
Digaul bersama telor / Mixed it with egg
 Bahan campuran digoreng / Frying the batter
 Siap dihidang / Served


Potato Fritters

Ingredients

3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons flour
1 whole egg
2 potatoes coarsely grated
1 carrot coarsely grated
1 clove garlic chopped
1 stalk celery chopped
1 red chilli chopped
1 teaspoon coarsely pounded pepper
Salt
Sugar
Oil for frying

Methods

  1. Mix well all ingredients, except oil. 
  2. For frying, scooped the batter the size of marbles, flattern it and fry until golden brown. 
  3. Serve with dipping sauce.
Jemput-jemput Kentang

Bahan-bahan

3 sudu besar tepung jagung
2 sudu besar tepung gandum
1 biji telor
2 biji kentang disagat kasar
1 lobak merah disagat kasar
1 ulas bawang besar dimayang
1 tangkai daun sup dicincang
1 cili merah dimayang
1 sudu teh lada sulah
Garam
Gula
Minyak untuk menggoreng

Langkah-langkah

  1. Campur semua bahan dan gaul rata, kecuali minyak.
  2. Untuk menggoreng, ambil satu sudu campuran sebesar guli, ratakan dan goreng sehingga kuning keemasan.
  3. Hidang dengan sos pencicah.

KENTANG BERLADO / FRIED POTATOES IN HOT SAUCE



Fried Potatoes in Hot Sauce

Ingredients

2 potatoes wedges cut
1 tablespoon homemade multi-usage paste
Salt
Sugar
Dried tamarind

Pounded Ingredients

5 stem red chillies
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
100 grams of anchovies

Methods

  1. Fry potatoes until wilted. Put aside.
  2. Sauté multi-usage paste.
  3. Sauté pounded ingredients and dried tamarind until fragrant.
  4. Pinch of salt and sugar to taste.
  5. Put fried potatoes into the sauce and mixed it well.
  6. Ready to be serve.
Kentang Berlado

Bahan-bahan

2 biji kentang dipotong wedges
1 sudu besar pes pelbagai guna
Garam
Gula
Asam keping

Bahan ditumbuk

5 batang cili merah
1 ulas bawang besar
4 ulas bawang putih
100 gram ikan bilis

Langkah-langkah

  1. Kentang digoreng sehingga layu. Ketepikan
  2. Tumiskan pes pelbagai guna.
  3. Tumiskan bahan tumbuk dan asam keping sehingga naik bau.
  4. Perisakan dengan garam dan gula.
  5. Masukkan kentang yang telah digoreng ke dalam sos dan gaul rata.
  6. Siap untuk dihidang.

PENGAT KELEDEK-JAGUNG-SAGU / SWEET POTATO-CORN-SAGO CREAMY SAUCE



Sweet Potato-Corn-Sago Creamy Sauce

Ingredients

2 small size sweet potatoes cut into cubes
1 small can of sweet corn (fresh corn can also be used)
2 tablespoons of sago
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons palm sugar
1 cup coconut milk
Water
Salt
Sugar
Pandan leaves

Methods

  1. Boil sago together with sweet potatoes until fluffy and cooked. 
  2. Add sweet corn and pandan leaf, bring to a boil. 
  3. Add palm sugar and brown sugar. Stir well. 
  4. Once uniformly mixed, add coconut milk and stir until boiling. 
  5. Ready to be serve. 
Pengat Keledek-Jagung-Sagu 

Bahan-bahan

2 biji keledek saiz kecil dipotong kiub
1 tin kecil jagung manis (jagung segar juga boleh diguna)
2 sudu besar sagu
3 sudu besar gula perang
3 sudu besar gula Melaka
1 cawan santan pekat
Air
Garam
Gula
Daun pandan

Langkah-langkah

  1. Rebus sagu bersama keledek sehingga kembang dan masak. 
  2. Masukkan jagung manis dan daun pandan, biarkan mendidih. 
  3. Masukkan gula perang dan gula Melaka. Kacau sebati. 
  4. Setelah sekata masukkan santan dan kacau sehingga mendidih. 
  5. Siap untuk dihidang.

BEGEDEL KENTANG BEREMPAH \ SPICY POTATOES PATTIES













Spicy Potato Patties

Ingredients

5 potatoes boil and mesh
2 onions minced
1 garlic sliced
50 grams of dried shrimp
1½ cups flour (½ cup to sprinkle during kneading)
Parsley
Spring onion
½ teaspoon mixed herb
½ teaspoon mixed spice
1 whole egg

Methods
  1. Potatoes peeled and boiled until tender and meshed.
  2. Dried shrimp soaked for a while, and then coarsely ground together with onion and garlic.
  3. Mix mashed potatoes with mixed herbs and mixed spices.
  4. Put dried shrimp and onion-garlic mixture, mix it until well blended.
  5. Put parsley, spring onion and mix well. Add flour if the mixture is too soft.
  6. Flattened dough and cut round.
  7. For frying, dip the round cut patty into the egg mixture and fry until golden brown.
  8. Deliciously eaten with soto and steamed rice.
Begedel Kentang Berempah

Bahan-bahan

5 biji kentang direbus dan dilenyek
2 ulas bawang besar dimayang
1 ulas bawang putih dimayang
50 gram udang kering
1½ cawan tepong gandum (½ cawan untuk tabur semasa menguli)
Daun sup
Daun bawang
½ sudu teh herba campuran
½ sudu teh rempah campuran
1 biji telor

Langkah-langkah
  1. Kentang dikupas dan direbus sehingga lembut dan dilenyek.
  2. Udang kering direndam seketika, kemudian ditumbuk kasar bersama bawang besar dan bawang putih.
  3. Kentang yang telah dilenyek dan digaul bersama campuran herba dan campuran rempah.
  4. Masukkan campuran udang kering dan bawang, digaul sehingga sebati.
  5. Masukkan daun sup, daun bawang dan gaul sebati. Tambahkan tepung gandum jika campuran terlalu lembek.
  6. Adunan dileperkan dan dipotong berbentuk bulat.
  7. Untuk menggoreng, celupkan begedel yang dipotong bulat ke dalam campuran telor dan gorengkan sehingga kuning keemasan.
  8. Sedap dimakan bersama soto dan nasi.
