GULUNGAN ROTI SOSEJ BERKEJU / CHEESY SAUSAGE BREAD ROLL







Cheesy Sausage Bread Roll

Ingredients

6 slices sandwich bread
6 sausages (fried or boiled)
6 slices cheddar cheese
5 tablespoons bread crumbs
1 eggs break and mix well
Oil for frying

Methods

  1. Sandwich bread flattened using rollers.
  2. Place the cheese and sausage on bread and roll it.
  3. Dip bread roll into whisked egg.
  4. Roll it in breadcrumb’s container.
  5. Fry until golden brown.
  6. Slice and serve. 
Gulungan Roti Sosej Berkeju

Bahan-bahan

6 keping roti sandwich
6 sosej (digoreng atau direbus)
6 keping keju cheddar
5 sudu serbuk roti
1 biji telor dipecah dan dicampur sebati
Minyak untuk menggoreng

Langkah-langkah
  1. Roti sandwich dileperkan mengguna penggelek.
  2. Letakkan keju dan sosej di atas roti dan terus digulung.
  3. Celup gulungan roti ke dalam bancuhan telur. 
  4. Selepas itu digolekkan rata di dalam bekas yang mengandungi serbuk roti.
  5. Gorengkan gulungan roti sehingga kuning keemasan.
  6. Potong dan hidangkan.

DAGING MERAH PAPRET \ PAPRET RED MEAT





Paprik Red Meat

Ingredients

½ kg of meat ( boiled with red dye ) – thinly cut
5-7 long beans cut in 1 –inch
1 holland onion - round cut
2 cloves of garlic sliced
3 inch carrot - cut into thin lengthwise
2 stalks red chili - cut lengthwise
2 stalks green chilies - cut lengthwise
2 tablespoons homemade ground chili paste
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon homemade ginger - garlic paste
1 teaspoon homemade multi-purpose paste
1 teaspoon plum sauce
1 kaffir lime leaves
1 stalk lemon grass, crushed
1 inch ginger - cut into thin lengthwise
Parsley
Salt
Sugar

Methods
  1. Sauté all pastes and sliced garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add carrots, ginger, red chili, green chili and lemongrass, mixing well.
  3. Put the red meat that has been tweaked. Stir it for a while.
  4. Put kaffir lime leaves, long beans and holland onions. Mix well.
  5. Pour a little water, salt and sugar to taste. Leave to boil.
  6. Can be serve with steamed rice.
Daging Merah Masak Paprik

Bahan-bahan

½ kilogram daging (direbus bersama pewarna merah) - dipotong nipis
5 – 7 batang kacang panjang dipotong 1 inci
1 ulas bawang holland dipotong bulat
2 ulas bawang putih dimayang
3 inci lobak merah dipotong nipis memanjang
2 batang cili merah dipotong memanjang
2 batang cili hijau dipotong memanjang
2 sudu besar pes cili kisar
2 sudu besar sos tomato
1 sudu besar sos tiram
1 sudu teh pes halia-bawang putih
1 sudu teh pes pelbagai guna
1 sudu teh sos plum
1 helai daun limau purut
1 batang serai dititik
1 inci halia dipotong nipis memanjang
Daun sup
Garam
Gula

Langkah-langkah
  1. Tumiskan semua pes dan bawang putih sehingga naik bau.
  2. Masukkan lobak merah, halia, cili merah, cili hijau dan serai, digaul sebati.
  3. Masukkan daging merah yang telah dipotong nipis. Goreng seketika.
  4. Masukan daun limau purut, kacang panjang dan bawang Holland. Digaul rata.
  5. Masukkan sedikit air, perisakan dengan garam dan gula. Biarkan sehingga mendidih.
  6. Boleh dihidang bersama nasi.

KELADI MASAK ASAM DAUN KESOM \ YAM IN SOUR SAUCE AND KESOM LEAVES







Yam in Sour Sauce and Kesom Leaves

Ingredients

1 tie of yam stem (1 tie stem has a 5-7 stems - processed discard the skin)
1 yam tuber cut to i inch cube size
3 tablespoon homemade chilli paste
2 tablespoons homemade tomato sauce
1 teaspoon homemade multi-purposepaste
1 teaspoon homemade ginger-garlic paste
1 cup kesom leaves
1 stalk ginger flower
3-5 sprigs bird’s eye chillies
1 stalk lemon grass, crushed
Salt
Sugar
Dried tamarind

Methods
  1. Boiled dried tamarind,salt and yam tuber until tender, add yam stem. Tossed. (To relieve yam itching). 
  2. Boil water and put in all pastes, kesom leaves, lemon grass, ginger flower and bird’s eye chili.
  3. Put dried tamarind and tasted it with salt and sugar.
  4. Put tossed yam tubers and stems, let it boil.
  5. Ready to be serve.
Keladi Masak Asam Daun Kesom

Bahan-bahan

1 ikat batang keladi (1 ikat mempunyai 5-7 batang keladi – diproses buang kulit)
1 ubi keladi dipotong kiub bersais 1 inci
3 sudu besar cili kisar
2 sudu besar sos tomato
1 sudu teh pes pelbagai guna
1 sudu teh pes halia-bawang putih
1 cawan daun kesom
1 tangkai bunga kantan
3 – 5 tangkai cili padi
1 batang serai dititik
Garam
Gula
Asam keping

Langkah-langkah
  1. Ubi keladi direbus sehingga empuk bersama asam keping dan garam, masukkan batang keladi seketika supaya lembut. Toskan. (Untuk menghilangkan rasa gatal keladi)
  2. Didihkan air bersama semua pes, daun kesom, serai, bunga kantan dan cili padi.
  3. Masukkan asam keping dan perisakan dengan garam dan gula.
  4. Masukkan ubi dan batang keladi yang ditoskan dan dibiarkan sehingga mendidih.
  5. Setelah semuanya sebati, siap untuk dihidang.

NASI TOMATO V2 / V2 TOMATOES RICE









Tomato Rice V2

Ingredients

1 kg basmati rice
1 can of tomato soup
1 can evaporated milk
1 large garlic clove - minced / ground
1 tablespoon homemade ginger-garlic paste
1 tomato diced
Sautéed ingredients (cinnamon, cardamom, clove, star anise)
Pandan leaves
Parsley
Spring onions
Cooking oil / olive
Fried onions
Salt
Sugar

Methods
  1. Wash rice and soaked for 15 minutes or more.
  2. Sauté minced/ground ingredients, paste and sautéed ingredients.
  3. Put pandan leaves, diced tomatoes, parsley and spring onion. (Using a rice cooker)
  4. Once the mixture is fragrant, add the tomato soup and water which was measured by the quantity of rice. (If 5 cups of rice, 5 cups tomato soup mix with water).
  5. Once boil, add ½ can of evaporated milk. Add salt and sugar to taste.
  6. Let it boil for a while. Then, add the rice and stir briefly.
  7. After it dry, cover the pot and let the rice cook.
  8. Ready to be served with some fried onion, parsley and spring onion.
Nasi Tomato V2

Bahan-bahan

1 kg beras basmathi
1 tin sop tomato
1 tin susu cair
1 ulas bawang besar – diricik/dikisar
1 sudu besar pes halia-bawang putih
1 biji tomato dipotong dadu
Bahan tumisan (kulit kayu manis, buah pelaga, bunga cengkih bunga lawang)
Daun pandan
Daun sop
Daun bawang
Minyak masak/zaiton
Bawang goreng
Garam
Gula

Langkah-langkah
  1. Beras dibasuh dan direndam selama 15 minit.
  2. Tumiskan bahan tumisan, pes halia bawang putih dan bahan diricik/dikisar. Masukkan daun pandan, tomato yang dipotong kiub, daun sop dan daun bawang. (Menggunakan rice cooker)
  3. Setelah tumisan berbau wangi, masukkan air dicampur sop tomato yang telah disukat mengikut kuantiti beras. (Jika 5 cawan beras, campuran sop tomato dan air juga 5 cawan).
  4. Setelah mendidih masukkan ½ tin susu cair. Masukkan garam dan gula mengikut citarasa.
  5. Biarkan mendidih seketika. Kemudian masukkan beras dan kacau seketika. 
  6. Setelah kering sedikit, tutup periuk dan biarkan nasi masak.
  7. Siap untuk dihidangkan dengan sedikit taburan bawang goreng, daun sop dan daun bawang.

SOS-SOS STEAMBOAT DAN TEPANYAKI BUATAN SENDIRI / HOMEMADE STEAMBOAT AND TEPANYAKI SAUCES





















Sauces for Steamboat and Tepanyaki

Hot Sauce

Ingredients

3 tablespoon homemade chili paste
1 tablespoon homemade ginger-garlic paste
1 tablespoon homemade multi-purpose paste
1 teaspoon plum sauce
1 teaspoon chili sauce
Sugar
Salt
Fried sesame seed
Olive oil

Methods
  1. Sauté all homemade paste until fragrant.
  2. Put all sauces. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Season with salt and sugar.
  4. Sprinkle with fried sesame seed.
Hot-Sweet Sauce

Ingredients

5 stem fresh red chili
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon homemade multi-purpose paste
5 tablespoon sugar heat with ½ cup water to make syrup
Salt
Olive oil

Methods
  1. Blend chili, onion and garlic.
  2. Sauté blended ingredients and multi-purpose paste.
  3. Pour syrup and pinch of salt.
  4. Mix it well until boiling.
Bird’s Eye Chili in Soy Sauce

Ingredients

5 stem bird’s eye chili
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
½ cup creamy-sweet soy sauce
Salt
Sugar

Methods
  1. Bird’s eye chili, onion and garlic coarsely pounded.
  2. Mix the pounded ingredients with soy sauce.
  3. Put salt and sugar to taste.
Sos-sos Steamboat dan Tepanyaki

Sos Pedas

Bahan-bahan

3 sudu besar pes kisaran cili
1 sudu besar pes halia-bawang putih
1 sudu besar pes serbaguna
1 sudu kecil sos plum
1 sudu kecil sos cili
Gula
Garam
Biji bijan digoreng
Minyak zaiton

Langkah-langkah
  1. Tumiskan semua pes sehingga naik bau.
  2. Masukkan semua sos. Kacau sehingga sebati.
  3. Perisakan dengan garam dan gula.
  4. Taburkan biji bijan.
Sos Pedas-Manis

Bahan-bahan

5 batang cili merah
1 bawang besar
2 ulas bawang putih
1 sudu besar pes serbaguna
5 sudu besar gula dimasak dengan ½ cawan air menjadi sirup
Garam
Minyak zaiton

Langkah-langkah
  1. Kisar cili, bawang merah dan bawang putih.
  2. Tumiskan bahan kisaran bersama pes serbaguna.
  3. Masukkan sirap dan garam.
  4. Kacau sebati sehingga mendidih.
Kicap Cili Padi

Bahan-bahan

5 batang cili padi
1 bawang besar
2 ulas bawang putih
½ cawan kicap lemak manis
Garam
Gula

Langkah-langkah
  1. Cili padi, bawang besar dan bawang putih ditumbuk kasar
  2. Campurkan bahan yang ditumbuk bersama kicap lemak manis.
  3. Perisakan dengan sedikit garam dan gula.

BEGEDEL KENTANG BEREMPAH \ SPICY POTATOES PATTIES













Spicy Potato Patties

Ingredients

5 potatoes boil and mesh
2 onions minced
1 garlic sliced
50 grams of dried shrimp
1½ cups flour (½ cup to sprinkle during kneading)
Parsley
Spring onion
½ teaspoon mixed herb
½ teaspoon mixed spice
1 whole egg

Methods
  1. Potatoes peeled and boiled until tender and meshed.
  2. Dried shrimp soaked for a while, and then coarsely ground together with onion and garlic.
  3. Mix mashed potatoes with mixed herbs and mixed spices.
  4. Put dried shrimp and onion-garlic mixture, mix it until well blended.
  5. Put parsley, spring onion and mix well. Add flour if the mixture is too soft.
  6. Flattened dough and cut round.
  7. For frying, dip the round cut patty into the egg mixture and fry until golden brown.
  8. Deliciously eaten with soto and steamed rice.
Begedel Kentang Berempah

Bahan-bahan

5 biji kentang direbus dan dilenyek
2 ulas bawang besar dimayang
1 ulas bawang putih dimayang
50 gram udang kering
1½ cawan tepong gandum (½ cawan untuk tabur semasa menguli)
Daun sup
Daun bawang
½ sudu teh herba campuran
½ sudu teh rempah campuran
1 biji telor

Langkah-langkah
  1. Kentang dikupas dan direbus sehingga lembut dan dilenyek.
  2. Udang kering direndam seketika, kemudian ditumbuk kasar bersama bawang besar dan bawang putih.
  3. Kentang yang telah dilenyek dan digaul bersama campuran herba dan campuran rempah.
  4. Masukkan campuran udang kering dan bawang, digaul sehingga sebati.
  5. Masukkan daun sup, daun bawang dan gaul sebati. Tambahkan tepung gandum jika campuran terlalu lembek.
  6. Adunan dileperkan dan dipotong berbentuk bulat.
  7. Untuk menggoreng, celupkan begedel yang dipotong bulat ke dalam campuran telor dan gorengkan sehingga kuning keemasan.
  8. Sedap dimakan bersama soto dan nasi.
