BISKUT KACANG MAZOLA / MAZOLA PEANUT BISCUIT

An incredibly easy to make biscuits that really taste so good. These biscuits don't take very long to mix together and are ready in no time..we really love these biscuits and they are absolutely irresistible..do try them! 




Mazola Peanut Biscuit

Ingredients

3½ cups whole wheat flour 
½ cup cornflour *
1½ cup caster sugar *
3 cups finely blended roasted peanuts *
1 teaspoon vanilla *
Mazola oil sufficiently *
3 tablespoons coarse grounded peanuts - sprinkled
Egg yolks - glazing

Methods

1.    Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius.
2.    Mix all ingredients marked *.
3.    Fist the dough and shape into balls.
4.    Flatten dough and arrange in a baking tray and glaze with egg yolk.
5.    Sprinkle with coarse ground nuts.
6.    Insert the tray into the oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
7.    Once the glazed egg yolk turns brown, take out the tray and leave it at room temperature.
8.    Stored and ready to eat.

Biskut Kacang Mazola

Bahan-bahan

3½ cawan tepong gandum  *
½ cawan tepung jagung * 
1½ cawan gula kaster *
3 cawan kacang tanah yang dibakar & dikisar halus *
1 sudu teh vanilla *
Minyak Mazola secukupnya *
3 sudu besar kacang tanah dikisar kasar – ditabur
Kuning telur – mengilatkan biskut

Langkah-langkah

1.    Panaskan oven pada suhu 200 darjah Celsius.
2.    Campurkan semua bahan bertanda *.
3.    Kepal adunan dan bentuk bebola.
4.    Leperkan adunan, susun didalam dulang pembakar dan disapu dengan kuning telur.
5.    Taburkan kacang yang dikisar kasar.
6.    Masukkan dulang kedalam oven dan bakar selama 20 – 30 minit.
7.    Setelah kuning telur bertukar perang keluarkan dan sejukkan pada suhu bilik.
8.    Siap untuk disimpan dan makan.

  3. Waalaikumsalam, letak minyak mazola tu sedikit demi sedikit sampai adunan tidak berderai dan boleh dibentuk bulat2...selamat mencuba :)
