Steamed Butterscotch Bread Butter Pudding
Ingredients
10 slices of butterscotch sandwich bread
250 ml of fresh milk
100 grams butter
2 eggs
5 grams cinnamon powder
200 grams of raisins

Methods
- Bread cut into squares, set aside.

Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies

60 grams unsweetened baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
60 grams semi-sweet baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
¾ cup butter
1¾ cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup all-purpose flour
For the peanut butter swirl
½ cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Methods
- Preheat oven to 180°F. Line a 9×9” pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Place the two baking chocolates and butter in a large, microwave safe bowl. Heat on HIGH power for 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until chocolate is smooth (or use double boiling method). Stir in sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and cocoa and stir well. Add flour and stir carefully. Spread batter in prepared pan.
- Stir together peanut butter, melted butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Drop spoonfuls on top of the brownies then swirl with a butter knife or the back of a wooden spoon.
- Bake about 28-30 minutes, until the center seems set. Let cool before cutting. These brownies, baked this way, will be super gooey inside. If you like your brownies more done and less gooey, bake them longer for another 5 minutes.
Brownies Mentega Kacang

60 grams coklat masakan tanpa gula, dicincang kasar
60 grams coklat masakan separuh manis, dicincang kasar
¾ cawan mentega
1¾ cawan gula
3 biji telur
1 sudu ekstrak vanila
2 sudu besar serbuk koko tanpa gula
1 cawan tepung serba guna
Untuk pusaran mentega kacang
½ cawan mentega kacang
2 sudu besar mentega cair
1/3 cawan gula
1 sudu teh ekstrak vanila
Langkah-langkah
- Panaskan ketuhar kepada 180°F. Letakkan 9” × 9” kuali dengan kerajang dan geris atau gunakan semburan dengan semburan memasak.
- Letakkan kedua-dua coklat penaik dan mentega dalam mangkuk besar tahan gelombang mikro. Guna kepanasan kuasa HIGH selama 2-3 minit, kacau setiap 30 saat, sehingga coklat cair. Masukkan gula. Tambah telur, vanila, dan koko dan kacau rata. Masukkan tepung dan kacau dengan teliti. Ratakan adunan dalam kuali tersedia.
- Kacau bersama mentega kacang, mentega cair, gula tepung, dan vanila. Jatuhkan adunan ke atas brownies kemudian pusarkan dengan pisau mentega atau belakang sudu kayu.
- Bakar kira-kira 28-30 minit, sehingga bahagian tengah adunan masak. Biarkan sejuk sebelum dipotong. Jika dibakar cara ini, akan menjadikan brownies melekit di dalam. Jika anda suka brownies kurang melekit, teruskan membakar selama 5 minit lagi.
Butter-Milk Chicken

2 parts of chicken breast, cut into cubes neglect the bones

5 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch

½ cup butter
½ cans of evaporated milk
1 large onion, shredded
3 cloves garlic, shredded
1 red chilli, shredded
1 green chilli, shredded
5 chilli, shredded
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

Methods
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Break the eggs and stir.
- Dip chicken cubes into egg, then mix with dry ingredients.
- Fry until slightly golden brown. Set aside.
- Heat the oil and add the butter, let it melt.
- Sauté onion, garlic, all kinds of chilli and garlic paste.
- Mix well and after stir fragrant, add the milk and simmer over low heat.
- After being well mixed, add the contents of fried chicken and mix well.
- Serve with hot rice.

Langkah-langkah
- Campur bahan kering untuk digaul ayam.
- Pecahkan telor dan kacau.
- Celupkan isi ayam ke dalam telor kemudian gaulkan ke dalam campuran bahan kering.
- Goreng sehingga agak kuning keemasan. Ketepikan.
- Panaskan minyak dan masukkan mentega, dibiarkan mencair.
- Tumiskan bawang besar, bawang putih, semua jenis cili dan pes halia bawang putih.
- Gaul rata dan setelah tumisan berbau wangi, masukkan susu cair dan panaskan dengan api perlahan.
- Setelah menjadi sebati, masukkan isi ayam yang telah digoreng dan digaul rata.
- Hidangkan dengan nasi panas.
