BISTIK TELOR / EGGS BEEFSTEAK


Eggs Beefsteak

Ingredients

6 Grade A eggs (5 for eggs omelette, 1 for the filling)
200 grams of chicken meat, cut cube
2 onions minced
5 cloves of garlic minced
2 red chilli minced
2 green chilli minced
Capsicum (red, green, yellow) cut cube
1 carrot stalk cut into cubes
1 cup kernel sweet corn
2 tablespoons multi-purpose paste
1 tablespoon of blended chilli paste
1 tablespoon chilli sauce
1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
Oil to sauté
1 tablespoon evaporated milk
1 tablespoon of plum sauce
Parsley
Salt
Sugar

Methods

For omelette (2 pieces)
  1. Mix in the chopped onion and chilli. Break eggs and mix well.
  2. Add evaporated milk.
  3. Season with salt and sugar.
  4. Add the mixture and place in the pan to make omelette.
For filling
  1. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add a multi-purpose paste and blended chilli paste. Mix it well.
  3. Add chicken and carrot. Leave it for a while.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked add the capsicum, corn, red chilli and green chilli. Mix well.
  5. Add chilli sauce, tomato sauce, plum sauce, oyster sauce and sweet soy sauce.
  6. Break eggs and mix well.
  7. Once all is mix well, sprinkle the parsley leaves.
  8. Season with salt and sugar.
  9. Pour all the filling over the omelette, and cover with the omelette. 
  10. Ready to served.
Telor Bistik

Bahan-bahan 

6 biji telor gred A (5 biji untul telor dadar, 1 biji untuk inti bifstik
200 grams isi ayam dipotong kiub
2 biji bawang besar dimayang
5 ulas bawang putih dimayang
2 batang cili merah dimayang
2 batang cili hijau dimayang
Capsicum traffic light dipotong kiub
1 batang lobak merah dipotong kiub
1 cawan isi jagung manis kernel
2 sudu pes pelbagai guna
1 sudu besar cili kisar
1 sudu bedar sos cili
1 sudu besar sos tomato
1 sudu besar sos tiram
1 sudu besar kicap lemak manis
Minyak untuk menumis
1 sudu besar susu cair
1 sudu besar sos plum
Daun sup
Garam
Gula

Langkah-langkah

Untuk telor dadar (2 keping)
  1. Campurkan bawang besar dan cili yang dimayang. Pecahkan telor dan digaul rata.
  2. Masukkan susu cair.
  3. Perisakan dengan garam dan gula.
  4. Sendukkan campuran dan masukkan dalam kuali untuk jadikan telor dadar.
Untuk inti bistik
  1. Tumiskan bawang besar dan bawang putih sehingga naik bau.
  2. Masukkan pes pelabagai guna dan cili kisar. Digaul rata.
  3. Masukkan daging ayam dan lobak merah. Dibiarkan seketika.
  4. Setelah ayam masak masukkan capsicum, jagung, cili merah dan cili hijau. Digaul sebati.
  5. Masukkan sos cili, sos tomato, sos plum, sos tiram dan kicap lemak manis.
  6. Pecahkan telor dan digaul rata.
  7. Setelah semua sebati, taburkan daun sup.
  8. Perisakan dengan garam dan gula.
  9. Curahkan semua inti ke atas permukaan telor dadar, dan dtutup dengan telor dadar.
  10. Siap untuk dihidang.

SPICY MACARONI CHEESE / MAKARONI PEDAS BERKEJU

Spicy Macaroni Cheese
Ingredients

250 grams of macaroni (boiled according to the instructions on the label)
200 grams of chicken cut into dice
1-2 squid cut in the desired shape
1 clove of onion, minced
3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
3 tablespoons multi-purpose paste
3 tablespoons chilli paste
250 grams cheese & herbal sauce (Prego)
1 tbsp of plum sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Cabbage is cut according to your preference
Salt
Sugar

Methods

  1. Boil macaroni according to packaged instructions. Toss and set aside.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Sauté the multi-purpose paste and the chilli paste until the oil separated.
  4. Add chicken and mix until cooked.
  5. Add cut squid and mix well.
  6. Add plum sauce, sugar and oyster sauce to taste.
  7. Add the boiled macaroni and mix well.
  8. Add the cabbage and sprinkled with salt.
  9. Add cheese & herbal sauce and mix well.
  10. Ready to serve.  
 For Bake
  1. Place fried macaroni in a paper cup and bake in preheated oven.
  2. Bake until cooked. 
  3. You can also use a cupcake maker and bake for 10 minutes. 
  4.  Ready to serve.

Macaroni Pedas Berkeju

Bahan-bahan
250 grams macaroni (direbus mengikut arahan pada label)
200 grams daging ayam dipotong dadu
1-2 ekor sotong dipotong mengikut siaz yang disukai
1 ulas bawang besar dimayang
3-4 ulas bawang putih dimayang
3 sudu besar pes pelbagai guna
3 sudu pes cili kering
250 grams sos keju & herba (Prego)
1 sudu besar sos plum
1 sudu besar sos tiram
Kubis dipotong mengikut kesukaan
Garam
Gula

Langkah-langkah

  1. Rebus macaroni mengikut arahan dibungkusan. Tos dan ketepikan.
  2. Tumis bawang besar dan bawang putih sehingga naik bau.
  3. Tumis pes pelbagai guna dan pes cili kering sehingga pecah minyak.
  4. Masukkan daging ayam dan digaul sehingga masak.
  5. Masukkan sotong dan digaul rata.
  6. Perisakan dengan sos plum, gula dan sos tiram.
  7. Masukkan macaroni yang telah direbus dan digaul rata.
  8. Masukkan kubis dan diperisakan demgan garam.
  9. Masukkan sos keju & herba dan digaul rata.  
  10. Siap untuk dihidang.
Untuk Dibakar 
  1. Masukkan ke dalam bekas (paper cup) dan dibakar dalam ketuhar yang telah dipanaskan terlebih dahulu. 
  2. Bakar sehingga masak.
  3. Boleh juga digunakan pembakar cupcake dan dibakar selama 10 minit.   
  4. Siap untuk dihidang.
