SOS-SOS NASI AYAM / CHICKEN RICE'S SAUCES


Sos Cili dan Kicap / Chili and Soy Sauce
Sauces for Chicken Rice

CHILLI SAMBAL

Ingredients

Blended Ingredients
 

5-7 stems of red chillies
5 stems bird's eye chilli (the more the hotter)
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion
1 tomato
100 grams of raisins (black / yellow)
1 cm ginger
1 cm galangal
 

Plum sauce
Tomato sauce
Olive oil
Salt
Sugar

Methods

  1. Heat a pan and add the olive oil.
  2. Sauté all blended ingredients. Stir until everything is well blended.
  3. Put sauces and stir.
  4. Season it with salt and sugar.Serve after it cook and thickens.
SOY SAUCE

Ingredients

Juice from baked chicken.
Creamy sweet soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Ground black pepper

Methods

  1. Heat the juice and add the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Let it boil.
  2. Sprinkle ground black pepper and stir until boiling.
  3. Ready to be served.
Sos Untuk Nasi Ayam

SAMBAL CHILI

Bahan-bahan

Bahan dikisar
 

5 - 7 batang cili merah
5 - 7 batang cili padi
2 ulas bawang putih
1 ulas bawang besar
1 biji tomato
100 gram kismis (hitam/kuning)
1 cm halia
1 cm lengkuas
 

Sos plum
Sos tomato
Minyak zaiton
Garam
Gula

Langkah-langkah

  1. Panaskan kuali dan masukkan minyak zaiton.Tumiskan semua bahan kisar. Kacau sehingga semuanya sebati.
  2. Masukkan sos-sos dan kacau.
  3. Perisakan dengan garam dan gula.
  4. Hidang setelah mendidih dan agak pekat.
SOS KICAP

Bahan-bahan
Jus dari ayam yang dibakar diketepikan.
Kicap lemak manis
Sos tiram
Serbuk lada hitam

Langkah-langkah

  1. Panaskan jus dan campurkan kicap dan sos tiram. Biarkan mendidih.
  2. Taburkan serbuk lada hitam dan kacau sehingga mendidih.
  3. Siap untuk dihidang.
