Homemade Cheesy Dipping Sauce


100 grams of butter
100 grams of mozzarella cheese
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons powdered formaggio cheese (optional)
½ cup cooking cream
Coarsely blend black pepper
Water to be use in double boiling


  1. Boil water in a pan and place the sauce pan on top (double boiler cooking)
  2. Once sauce pan hot, add butter and let it melt.
  3. After that put mozzarella cheese and stir until melted.
  4. Add the cooking cream to dilute the mixture.
  5. Put coarsely blend black pepper, mayonnaise, powdered cheese and salt to taste.
  6. Once all the ingredients well mixed, scoped it and can be eaten with fries or wedges as dipping sauce.
Sos Pencicah Berkeju Buatan Sendiri


100 gram mentega
100 gram keju mozzarella
3 sudu mayonnaise
2 sudu besar serbuk keju formaggio (optional)
½ cawan cooking cream
Kisaran kasar lada hitam
Air untuk ‘double boiling’

  1. Panaskan air dalam kuali dan letakkan periuk untuk mengacau sos (double boiler)
  2. Masukkan mentega dan biarkan sehingga cair.
  3. Setelah itu masukkan keju mozzarella dan kacau sehingga cair.
  4. Tambahkan cooking cream bagi mencairkan campuran.
  5. Masukkan serbuk kasar lada hitam, mayonnaise, serbuk keju dan garam secukup rasa.
  6. Setelah semua bahan sebati, boleh dimakan bersama kentang goreng atau wedges sebagai pencicah.

Tomato Soup


½ kg fresh ripe tomatoes, halved
2 onions minced
1 carrot diced finely
1 clove garlic minced
1 stick celery, finely chopped
100 grams fresh prawn cut finely
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
Freshly ground black pepper
Parmesan cheese for garnishing
Fresh basil leaf, shredded


  1. In a pot, cook the prawn with salt, garlic and onion for a broth.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan and sauté the onions and garlic. 
  3. Add carrot and celery. Cover and cook gently for 10 minutes until soft.
  4. Add the sugar, salt, black pepper and tomatoes. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add the broth, boiled prawn and basil, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes. 
  6. Liquidise using hand blender until smooth.
  7. Garnish with parmesan cheese. Ready to serve with toasted bread. 

Sup Tomato


½ kg tomato masak segar, dipotong dua
2 bawang besar dicincang
1 lobak merah dipotong dadu halus
1 ulas bawang putih dicincang
1 batang saderi, dicincang halus
100 gram udang segar dipotong kecil
2 sudu besar minyak zaitun
1 sudu teh gula
Lada hitam yang dikisar
Keju parmesan untuk taburan
Daun selasih segar, dicincang


  1. Dalam periuk, masak udang dengan garam, bawang putih dan bawang besar untuk air rebusan.
  2. Panaskan minyak zaitun di dalam periuk dan tumis bawang besar dan bawang putih.
  3. Masukkan lobak merah dan saderi. Tutup dan masak perlahan-lahan selama 10 minit sehingga lembut.
  4. Tambah gula, garam, lada hitam dan tomato. Kacau dan masak selama 5 minit lagi.
  5. Masukkan air rebusan, udang yang siap direbus dan daun selasih, masak sehingga mendidih dan reneh selama 10 minit. 
  6. Kisar menggunakan pengisar tangan sehingga halus.
  7. Hias dengan taburan keju parmesan. Siap untuk dihidang bersama roti bakar.

Our last family high tea held at our house. If we are not able to treat our families to a high tea at a fancy hotel, why don't we bring the same experience home and have just as much fun? When families meet, there's bound to be a great deal of catching up! was a great way to get together and enjoy some foods prepared by us..not forgetting, our youngest daughter's birthday was on the same day..:)

Cream Cheese Layered Chocolate Cake

For the cake

Ingredients (A)

1 cup cocoa powder
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
½ cup condensed milk

Ingredient (B)

1 cup self-rising flour
Ingredient (C)

Beat 3 eggs until fluffy

Methods for chocolate mix
  1. Mix and cook ingredients (A) on the heat, cool it once well mix.
  2. Add in (C) to (A) mixture, and mix it well.
  3. Add (B) and mixed it until the batter mixed evenly.
For cream cheese

250 gm cream cheese
60 gm castor sugar
25 ml of water
1 egg
25 gm flour

Methods for cream cheese
  1. Beat all ingredients except the egg, beat until fluffy and well mixed.
  2. Add the eggs and continue beating.
Methods for the cake
  1. Prepare the mould, layering the chocolate mix, and then steamed for about 10 minutes.
  2. Repeat with a layer of cheese, steamed again.
  3. Finally add a layer of chocolate and steamed.
  4. After all are cooked, let it stand at room temperature for about 5 minutes.
  5. Garnish, slice and serve.
Kek Coklat Lapis Cream Cheese

Untuk kek

Bahan (A) 

1 cawan serbuk koko
1 cawan susu cair
1 cawan minyak
1 cawan gula
½ cawan susu pekat

Bahan (B)

1 cawan tepung naik sendiri – self raising flour

Bahan (C)

3 biji telur pukul sampai kembang

Langkah-langkah untuk lapisan cokolat
  1. Masak bahan-bahan (A) di atas api, setelah sebati sejukkan.
  2. Masukkan bahan (C) dalam bekas mengandungi bahan (A), dan gaul.
  3. Selepas itu masukkan bahan (B) dan digaul sehingga semua adunan menjadi sekata.
Bahan utk cheese/keju

250 gm cream cheese
60 gm gula kastor
25 ml air
1 biji telur
25 gm tepung gandum

Langkah-langkah keju
  1. Pukul semua bahan kecuali telur, pukul sampai kembang dan gebu.
  2. Masukkan telur dan terus memukul.
Langkah untuk melapis kek
  1. Sediakan acuan, lapiskan lapisan cokolat, kemudian kukus selama lebih kurang 10 minit.
  2. Lapiskan dengan lapisan keju, kukus sekali lagi.
  3. Akhir sekali masukkan lapisan cokolat dan kukus.
  4. Selepas semua masak, sejukkan pada suhu bilik lebih kurang 5 minit.
  5. Hias, potong dan hidangkan.

Poached Egg


2 fresh eggs
2 burger buns
2 slices of meatloaf
Garnishing (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, black olives)

  1. Spread butter on cut burger bun and roast until golden yellow.
  2. Bake or fry meatloaf.
  3. Once bubbles come out, sprinkle salt.
  4. Using wooden spoon or whisk, make whirlpool of water.
  5. Crack the eggs into a saucer, and slowly slide into the water under low heat.
  6. Remove the egg after egg white egg yolk and let it harden a bit. Cool it.
  7. On top of meatloaf and burger buns put a poached egg.
  8. Seasoned to taste with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve with garnishing. 
Poached Egg


2 biji telor segar
2 biji roti burger
2 keping meatloaf
Bahan hiasan (salad, timun, tomato, buah zaiton hitam)

  1. Roti burger disapu mentega dan dibakar sehingga kekuningan.
  2. Bakar/goreng meatloaf.
  3. Air dimasak sehingga naik buih dan dimasukkan garam.
  4. Dengan menggunakan senduk pusingkan air di dalam bekas.
  5. Pecahkan telor ke dalam mangkuk, dan dengan perlahan masukkan ke dalam air yang dipusingkan tadi di atas api kecil.
  6. Keluarkan telor setelah putih telor mengeras dan biarkan kuning telor menjadi agak cair. Sejukkan sebentar.
  7. Di atas roti burger letakkan meatloaf dan diletakkan telor yang direbus.
  8. Taburkan garam dan serbuk lada hitam.
  9. Hidangkan bersama bahan hiasan.

Lemon Chicken


1 kg chicken cut into small pieces and removed the bones (bone boiled with salt, garlic and ginger for a broth)
Ingredients for marinating 

1½ cups whole wheat flour
3 tablespoon corn flour
1 whole egg
1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
1 teaspoon of mixed spice
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 tablespoon chili powder (for who wants to taste spicy)
1 table spoon homemade ginger-garlic paste
Chicken broth

Ingredient for sauce

3 tablespoons butter
2 pieces of lemon (skin peeled grated for lemon zest, lemon squeezed to get the juice)
1 onion sliced
3 cloves garlic sliced
Fried curry leaves
Sliced ​​fried dried chillies
Oil for frying
Chicken broth

  1. Chicken is marinated with a mixture of wheat flour, corn flour, egg, salt, mixed spice, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coarse black pepper powder with a little chicken stock. 
  2. Put aside marinated chicken for 30 minutes. 
  3. After 30 minutes, deep fry chicken until golden brown. Drain and set aside. 
  4. Heat a pan and add the butter and a little cooking oil. 
  5. Add onion and garlic until fragrant. 
  6. Add lemon juice and chicken broth, stir evenly. Put in lemon zest and sliced lemon. 
  7. Add salt and sugar to taste. Add corn flour and water mixture to thicken the sauce. 
  8. Add fried curry leaves and fried dried chillies. 
  9. Pour sauce over fried and dried chicken and ready to serve.
Ayam Lemon


1 kg ayam dipotong kecil dan ditanggalkan tulang (tulang direbus bersama garam, bawang putih dan halia untuk air rebusan)

Bahan perapan

1½ cawan tepong gandum
3 sudu besar tepong jagung
1 biji telor
1 sudu teh serbuk kasar lada hitam
1 sudu teh rempah campuran
1 sudu teh serbuk kunyit
1 sudu besar serbuk cili (untuk yang mahu rasa pedas)
1 sudu besar pes halia-bawang putih
Air rebusan ayam

Bahan sos

3 sudu besar mentega
2 biji lemon (kulit disagat untuk mendapatkan lemon zest, lemon diperah untuk dapatkan jus)
1 bawang besar dimayang
3 ulas bawang putih dimayang
Daun kari yang digoreng
Hirisan cili kering yang digoreng
Minyak untuk mengoreng
Air rebusan ayam

  1. Ayam digaul dengan campuran tepong gandum, tepong jagung, telor, garam, rempah campuran, pes halia-bawang putih, serbuk kunyit, serbuk cili, serbuk lada hitam dengan sedikit air rebusan ayam.
  2. Ketepikan perapan selama 30 minit.
  3. Selepas 30 minit, ayam digoreng sehingga kuning keemasan. Tos dan ketepikan.
  4. Panaskan kuali dan masukkan mentega dan sedikit minyak masak.
  5. Masukkan bawang besar dan bawang putih sehingga naik bau.
  6. Masukkan jus lemon dan air rebusan ayam, kacau sekata. Masukkan lemon zest dan potongan lemon.
  7. Perisakan dengan garam dan gula. Masukkan campuran tepong jagung dan air untuk pekatkan sos.
  8. Masukkan daun kari dan cili kering.
  9. Tuangkan sos ke atas ayam yang ditoskan dan siap untuk dihidang.
