NASI LEMAK MENGGUNAKAN PERIUK TEKANAN NOXXA / CREAMY STEAMED RICE USING NOXXA PRESSURE COOKER



Creamy Steamed Rice Using Noxxa Pressure Cooker

Ingredients

½ kg basmathi rice (approx 3 cups)
Coconut milk from one coconut (mixed with water to measure same quantity with rice)
1 onion - cut
3 shallot - minced
2 garlic - minced
20 mm ginger - minced
1 stem lemon grass - pounded
2 pandan leaves
1 cinnamon (20 mm)
3 cardamom buds
3 cloves
Salt
Sugar

Methods

  1. Washed and soaked the rice for 15 minutes.
  2. Pour all ingredients into the Pressure Cooker.
  3. Press ON button then press STEAM button 7 times.
  4. Put lid and turn pressure knob to STEAM and press ON button again.
  5. Wait for the buzzer and wait for 2 minutes before remove the lid. 
  6. Stir to loosen rice.
  7. Once cooked, served it with sambal tumis, anchovy and salads. 

Nasi Lemak Kukus Menggunakan Periuk Tekanan Noxxa

Bahan-bahan

½ kg beras basmathi (3 cawan)
Santan dari satu biji kelapa (dicampur air untuk sukatan sama kuantiti dengan beras)
1 ulas bawang besar - dipotong
3 ulas bawang merah – diricik
2 ulas bawang putih – diricik
20 mm halia - diricik
1 batang serai (dititik)
2 helai daun pandan
1 batang kulit kayu manis (20 mm )
3 biji buah pelaga
3 kuntum bunga cengkih
Garam
Gula

Langkah-langkah

  1. Basuh dan rendam beras basmathi selama 15 minit.
  2. Masukkan semua bahan kedalam periuk tekanan Noxxa.
  3. Tekan butang ON, dan tekan butang STEAM 7 kali.
  4. Tutup periuk dan pusingkan tombol tekanan ke STEAM, dan tekan butang ON sekali lagi.
  5. Tunggu sehingga buzzer berbunyi dan biarkan 2 minit sebelum dibuka penutup.
  6. Gores nasi supaya terlerai.
  7. Bila nasi sudah masak siap untuk dihidang bersama sambal tumis, ikan bilis dan sayur-sayuran.
