Cheesy Crunchy Boom Flatbread
Ingredients
1 slice of boom flatbread - cut into half
1 slices of cheddar cheese - cut into half
1 whole egg
3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
Oil for frying

Methods
- Boom flatbread cut into two parts.
- Sandwich cheese between two pieces of boom flatbread.
- Cut sandwiches into 3 parts.
- Beat the eggs, and whisk briefly.
- Dip the pieces into the egg.
- Dip in breadcrumbs and spread them evenly throughout the cut sandwich sections.
- Fry the pieces until golden brown.
- Ready to be served.
