ROTI BOOM RANGUP BERKEJU / CHEESY CRUNCHY BOOM FLATBREAD




Cheesy Crunchy Boom Flatbread
Ingredients

1 slice of boom flatbread - cut into half
1 slices of cheddar cheese - cut into half
1 whole egg
3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
Oil for frying

Methods

  1. Boom flatbread cut into two parts.
  2. Sandwich cheese between two pieces of boom flatbread.
  3. Cut sandwiches into 3 parts.
  4. Beat the eggs, and whisk briefly.
  5. Dip the pieces into the egg.
  6. Dip in breadcrumbs and spread them evenly throughout the cut sandwich sections.
  7. Fry the pieces until golden brown.
  8. Ready to be served.
Roti Boom Rangup Berkeju

Bahan-bahan

1 keping roti boom - dipotong dua
1 keping keju cheddar - dipotong dua
1 biji telor
3 sudu besar serbuk roti (breadcrumb)
Minyak untuk menggoreng

Langkah-langkah
  1. Roti boom dipotong kepada dua bahagian.
  2. Sandwickan keju antara kedua potongan roti boom.
  3. Potong kepada 3 bahagian. 
  4. Pecahkan telor, dan pukul sekejap.
  5. Celup potongan ke dalam telor.
  6. Celup dalam serbuk roti dan ratakan keseluruh bahagian potongan.
  7. Goreng potongan sehingga kuning keemasan.
  8. Siap untuk dihidang.

SUP IKAN MERAH BEREMPAH / SPICY RED SNAPPER FISH SOUP

Rempah Sup Buatan Sendiri / Homemade Soup Spices
Red Snapper Fish Soup

Ingredients

2 slices of red snapper fish
1 inch ginger
3 potatoes - quartered

2 inches carrot - round cut
10 shallots
6 cloves of garlic
1 piece of dried tamarind
1 stalk celery
1 stalk spring onion
1 teaspoon fenugreek
1 tablespoon oil
Salt to taste

Ingredients for soup spices coarsely ground and fill in pocket

1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
5 cloves
1 star anise
1 inch cinnamon

Methods

  1. Dry fried coriander, black pepper, aniseed, cumin, cinnamon, star anise and cloves.
  2. Coarse grind all the dry fried spices and wrap with fabric to be made into soup spices pocket.
  3. Cut potatoes into half.
  4. Clean the fish and drained. Boil the water and add the fish with pocket soup spices.
  5. Once boiled, add carrot, potatoes, ginger, fenugreek and salt.
  6. Once potatoes soft add the dried tamarind.
  7. Cut onion and garlic, then fried.
  8. Once shallot turned yellow pour into soup. Stir for 3 minutes.
  9. Before serving, add the celery and leek.
Sup Ikan Merah

Bahan-bahan

2 potongan ikan merah
1 inci halia
3 biji kentang - dipotong empat

2 inci karot - dipotong bulat
10 labu bawang merah
6 ulas bawang putih
1 keping asam gelugur
1 pokok daun saderi
1 pokok daun bawang
1 sudu teh halba
1 sudu besar minyak
Garam secukup rasa

Bahan untuk rempah sup dikisar kasar dan dibuat ponjut

1 sudu teh ketumbar biji
1 sudu teh lada hitam
1 sudu teh jintan putih
1 sudu teh jintan manis
5 kuntum bunga cengkih
1 kuntum bunga lawang
1 inci kulit kayu manis

Langkah-langkah

  1. Sangai ketumbar, lada hitam, jintan manis, jintan putih, kulit kayu manis, bunga lawang dan bunga cengkih.
  2. Kisar kasar semua rempah yang disangai dan bungkus ramuan dengan kain jarang untuk dijadikan sup ponjut. 
  3. Kentang dibelah dua. 
  4. Bersihkan ikan dan toskan. Rebus ikan dengan air dan masukkan rempah sop ponjut. 
  5. Apabila mendidih masukkan karot, kentang, halia, halba dan garam. 
  6. Apabila empuk masukkan asam gelugur. 
  7. Mayang bawang merah dan bawang putih, kemudian digoreng. 
  8. Apabila kuning masukkan bawang ke dalam periuk sup dengan minyaknya sekali. Kacau selama 3 minit. 
  9. Sebelum dihidangkan masukkan daun saderi dan daun bawang.

SANDWIC SALAD KENTANG / POTATO SALAD SANDWICHES


Potato Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients

For Sandwiches

Baguette
Meat loaf
Butter

For Filling

2 potatoes diced and boil
3 inch diced cucumber
1 tomato, diced
Salad leaves
Salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

Sauces

Mayonnaise
Thousand island
Cheese sauce

Methods
  1. Combine all ingredients and sauces, mix it well.
  2. Grilled meat loaf, toasted baguette with butter.
  3. Place the meat loaf and salad on a baguette.
  4. Ready to be served.
Sandwic Salad Kentang

Bahan-bahan

Sandwic
Baguette
Meat loaf
Mentega

Inti

2 biji kentang dipotong dadu dan direbus
3 inci timun dipotong dadu
1 biji tomato dipotong dadu
Daun salad
Garam
1 sudu besar minyak zaiton
1 sudu teh lada hitam ditumbuk kasar

Sos

Mayonnaise
Thousand island
Sos keju

Langkah-langkah
  1. Campurkan semua bahan inti dan sos serta gaul rata.
  2. Panggang meat loaf, bakar baguette yang disapu mentega.
  3. Letakkan meat loaf dan salad ke atas baguette.
  4. Siap untuk dihidang.

MURTILLA DAGING / BEEF MURTILLA (MURTABAK + TORTILLA)




Beef Murtilla (Murtabak + Tortilla)
Ingredients 

3 sheet precook tortilla
Olive oil

Filling

450 grams of minced beef
1 large onion, diced
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 egg beaten
Coriander

Methods

  1. Sauté onion until it is fragrant. 
  2. Add minced beef, black pepper, curry powder, coriander, egg and salt. Stir well and let it heated for a while.
  3. Once it cooked set aside. 
  4. Heat a frying pan with a little olive oil. 
  5. Place precooked tortilla on frying pan. 
  6. Turn tortilla, put the filling and fold tortilla. 
  7. Once tortilla turn to brownish colour, lift it and let it cool.
  8. Cut it into half and ready to eat.
Murtilla (Murtabak + Tortilla) Daging Lembu

Bahan-bahan

3 keping tortilla
Minyak zaiton

Inti

450 gram daging lembu kisar
1 biji bawang besar ~ potong dadu
1 sudu teh serbuk lada hitam
1 sudu teh serbuk kari daging
1 biji telor dipukul
Daun sup

Langkah-langkah

  1. Tumiskan bawang hingga wangi. 
  2. Masukkan daging lembu kisar, serbuk lada hitam, serbuk kari daging, daun sup, telor dan sedikit garam. Kacau sebati dan biarkan seketika. 
  3. Setelah masak ketepikan.
  4. Panaskan kuali leper dengan sedikit minyak zaiton
  5. Panaskan tortilla dan terbalikan setelah satu permukaan telah garing.
  6. Letakkan inti di tengah tortilla dan lipatkan.
  7. Setelah kulit tortilla menjadi garing, angkat dan sejukkan.
  8. Potong kepada dua bahagian dan siap untuk dimakan.
