SANDWIC SOSEJ BERKEJU / CHEESY SAUSAGE SANDWICH





Cheesy Sausage Sandwiches

Ingredients

3 sticks of sausage - cut
2 hotdog buns – sliced uncut
4 slices of sandwich bread
3 slices of cheddar cheese
Butter to spread on bread
1 large onion - shredded
1 red chilli - shredded
1 tbsp plum sauce
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 whole egg
Oil for frying
Lettuce for garnishing

Methods

  1. Sauté onions and chillies until wilted, add the sausages that had been cut.
  2. Put all the sauces. Break the eggs, stir and mix evenly.
  3. Enter black pepper and mayonnaise. Mix well.
  4. Cut cheddar cheese into two. Place the cheese on hotdogs and sandwiches that have been buttered.
  5. Grill the bread/bun until cheese melts. Place the cooked sausages and garnish with lettuce, mayonnaise and chilli sauce.
  6. Ready to be served.
Sandwic Sosej Berkeju

Bahan-bahan

3 batang sosej - dipotong
2 roti hotdog – dibelah tanpa putus
4 keping roti sandwich
3 keping keju cheddar
Mentega untuk disapu pada roti
1 bawang besar - dimayang
1 batang cili merah - dimayang
1 sudu besar sos plum
1 sudu besar sos cili
1 sudu besar sos tomato
1 sudu besar mayonnaise
1 sudu teh serbuk lada hitam
1 biji telor
Minyak untuk menumis
Daun salad untuk hiasan

Langkah-langkah
  1. Tumis bawang dan cili sehingga layu, masukkan sosej yang telah dipotong.
  2. Masukkan semua sos-sos yang digunakan. Pecahkan telor, kacau dan gaul sekata.
  3. Masukkan serbuk lada hitam dan mayonnaise. Gaul rata.
  4. Keju cheddar dibahagia dua. Letakkan diatas roti hotdog dan sandwich yang telah disapu mentega.
  5. Bakar roti sehingga keju mencair. Letakkan sosej yang tersedia dan dihias dengan daun salad, mayonnaise dan sos chili.  
  6. Siap untuk dihidang.

SUP MERAH BEREMPAH TULANG KAMBING / SPICY LAMB BONE RED SOUP





Spicy Lamb Bone Red Soup

Ingredients

1 kg lamb bones
Flour
Salt
Sugar
2 eggs beaten
Oil for frying

Ingredients A

1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon aniseed powder
1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

Ingredients B blended

1 celery sticks
2 inches carrots
4 red chillies
5-6 bird’s eye chilli
1 onions
4 garlic

Ingredients C

3 tablespoon homemade chilli paste
1 teaspoon homemade multipurpose paste
1 teaspoon homemade ginger garlic paste
1 tablespoon chilli sauce
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste
1 tablespoon chilli powder

Garnishing

Parsley
Spring onion
Fried onions

Methods
  1. Bones washed and powdered with wheat flour. Let stand for 15 minutes, washed the flour and drained.
  2. Boil bones together with ingredients A, sugar and salt in a pressure cooker for 1 – 1½ hour.
  3. Sauté until fragrant ingredients B then put ingredients C and mix well. Add lamb broth if too thick.
  4. Put the cooked lamb bones and mix well, bring to a boil.
  5. Pour the beaten egg and let a moment before stirred.
  6. Serve with bread. Garnish with garnishing ingredients.
Sup Merah Berempah Tulang Kambing

Bahan-bahan

1 kg tulang kambing
Tepung gandum
Garam
Gula
2 biji telur dipukul
Minyak untuk menumis

Bahan A

1 sudu besar serbuk ketumbar
1 sudu besar serbuk jintan putih
1 sudu besar serbuk jintan manis
1 sudu teh serbuk lada hitam

Bahan B dikisar

1 batang saleri
2 inci lobak merah
4 cili merah
5-6 cili padi
1 bawang besar
4 ulas bawang putih

Bahan C

3 sudu besar cili kisar buatan sendiri
1 sudu besar pes pelbagai guna buatan sendiri
1 sudu besar pes halia bawang putih buatan sendiri
1 sudu besar sos cili
1 sudu besar sos tomato
1 tin kecil pes tomato
1 sudu teh serbuk cili

Bahan hiasan

Daun sup
Daun bawang
Bawang goreng

Langkah-langkah
  1. Tulang dibasuh dan dilumur dengan tepung gandum. Biarkan selama 15 minit, cuci tepung dan toskan.
  2. Rebus tulang bersama bahan A, gula dan garam di dalam periuk tekanan selama 1 - 1½ jam.
  3. Tumiskan bahan B sehingga naik bau dan masukkan bahan C dan digaul rata. Tambahkan air rebusan tulang jika terlalu pekat.
  4. Masukkan tulang yang telah empuk dan gaul rata, biarkan mendidih.
  5. Curahkan telur yang dipukul dan biarkan seketika sebelum dikacau rata.
  6. Hidangkan dengan roti. Hiaskan dengan bahan hiasan.

MASAK LEMAK CILIPADI DAGING SALAI ANEKA PUCUK / SMOKED MEAT AND MIXED SHOOTS IN CREAMY HOT SAUCE






Smoked Meat And Mixed Shoots In Creamy Hot Sauce

Ingredients

1 bunch tapioca shoots
1 bunch pennywort leaves
1 bunch basil leaves
200 grams of smoked meat
3 tablespoons multipurpose paste
5 bird’s eye chilli - ground / blend smooth
Coconut milk from 1 seed coconut
Salt
Sugar

Methods

  1. Marinated meat with salt and pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. Smoked marinated meat until cooked. Cut into small pieces.
  3. All shoots are boiled until slightly wilted and cut.
  4. Mix the multipurpose paste with a cut boiled shoots, bird’s eye chilli, smoked meat and coconut milk.
  5. Heat the mixture used on low heat until start boiling.
  6. Seasoned with salt and sugar.
  7. Ready to be served.
Daging Salai dan Aneka Pucuk Masak Lemak Cili Padi

Bahan-bahan

1 ikat pucuk ubi kayu
1 ikat daun pegaga
1 ikat daun selasih
200 gram daging disalai
3 sudu pes pelbagai guna
5 biji cili padi – dikisar/ditumbuk halus
Satan dari 1 biji kelapa
Garam
Gula

Langkah-langkah

  1. Daging diperap dengan garam dan lada hitam selama 15 minit. 
  2. Salai daging yang diperap sehingga masak. Potong kecil
  3. Semua pucuk direbus sehingga sedikit layu dan dipotong kecil.
  4. Gaulkan aneka pucuk dengan pes pelbagai guna, cili padi, daging salai dan santan.
  5. Panaskan bekas yang dicampur semua bahan pada api kecil sehingga hampir mendidih.
  6. Perisakan dengan garam dan gula.
  7. Siap untuk dihidang.
