Beef Curry for Nasi Dagang
Ingredients
½ kg beef cut into cubes
4 potatoes cut cubed
1 packet of curry powder mixed with water to formed a paste
Coconut milk from 1 coconut
1 tablespoon toasted coconut
1 tablespoon blended chili paste
1 tablespoon multipurpose paste
1 tablespoon garlic-ginger paste
Bay leaf
4 stems bird’s eye chilli, pounded
Salt

Methods

Methods
- Boiled meet until tender, put aside broth.
- Coconut milk is heated until it separated.
- Put potatoes and curry paste, stir briefly.
- Enter toasted coconut, blended chili paste, multipurpose paste, garlic-ginger paste and bay leaf.
- Once boiling, add the boiled meat and a little broth.
- Put bird’s eye chillies and lets the gravy well mixed. Stir until smooth.
- Sugar and salt to taste
- Ready to be served with nasi dagang.
Gulai Daging Nasi Dagang
Bahan-bahan
½ kg daging lembu dipotong kiub
4 biji kentang dipotong kiub
1 peket rempah kari daging dicampur air menjadi pes
Santan dari 1 biji kelapa
1 sudu besar kerisek
1 sudu besar pes cili kisar
1 sudu besar pes pelbagai guna
1 sudu besar pes halia bawang putih
Daun salam
4 batang cili padi diketuk sedikit
Garam
Gula
Langkah-langkah
½ kg daging lembu dipotong kiub
4 biji kentang dipotong kiub
1 peket rempah kari daging dicampur air menjadi pes
Santan dari 1 biji kelapa
1 sudu besar kerisek
1 sudu besar pes cili kisar
1 sudu besar pes pelbagai guna
1 sudu besar pes halia bawang putih
Daun salam
4 batang cili padi diketuk sedikit
Garam

Langkah-langkah
- Daging direbus sehingga empuk, air rebusan disimpan.
- Santan dipanaskan sehingga pecah minyak.
- Masukkan kentang dan pes rempah kari, kacau seketika.
- Masukkan kerisek, pes cili kisar, pes pelbagai guna, pes halia bawang putih dan daun salam.
- Setelah mendidih, masukkan daging yang telah direbus dan sedikit air rebusan.
- Masukkan cili padi dan biarkan seketika dan kuah menjadi sebati. Kacau sehingga sekata.
- Perisakan dengan garam dan gula.
- Siap untuk dihidang bersama nasi dagang.
