AYAM BUTTER-MILK / BUTTER-MILK CHICKEN



Butter-Milk Chicken

Ingredients

For chicken

2 parts of chicken breast, cut into cubes neglect the bones
1 whole egg
Salt
Oil for frying

Dry ingredients

5 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper

For butter-milk

½ cup butter
½ cans of evaporated milk
1 large onion, shredded
3 cloves garlic, shredded
1 red chilli, shredded
1 green chilli, shredded
5 chilli, shredded
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
Salt
Sugar
Oil for frying

Methods

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Break the eggs and stir.
  3. Dip chicken cubes into egg, then mix with dry ingredients.
  4. Fry until slightly golden brown. Set aside.
  5. Heat the oil and add the butter, let it melt.
  6. Sauté onion, garlic, all kinds of chilli and garlic paste.
  7. Mix well and after stir fragrant, add the milk and simmer over low heat.
  8. After being well mixed, add the contents of fried chicken and mix well.
  9. Serve with hot rice.

Ayam Butter-Milk

Bahan-bahan

Untuk ayam

2 bahagian dada ayam, dipotong dadu buangkan tulang
1 biji telor
Garam
Minyak untuk menggoreng

Bahan kering

5 sudu besar tepung gandum
2 sudu besar tepung jagung
1 sudu besar serbuk kasar lada hitam

Untuk butter-milk

½ cawan mentega
½ tin susu cair
1 bawang besar, dimayang
3 ulas bawang putih, dimayang
1 cili merah, dimayang
1 cili hijau, dimayang
5 cili padi, dimayang
1 sudu besar pes halia-bawang putih
Garam
Gula
Minyak untuk menumis

Langkah-langkah

  1. Campur bahan kering untuk digaul ayam.
  2. Pecahkan telor dan kacau.
  3. Celupkan isi ayam ke dalam telor kemudian gaulkan ke dalam campuran bahan kering.
  4. Goreng sehingga agak kuning keemasan. Ketepikan.
  5. Panaskan minyak dan masukkan mentega, dibiarkan mencair.
  6. Tumiskan bawang besar, bawang putih, semua jenis cili dan pes halia bawang putih.
  7. Gaul rata dan setelah tumisan berbau wangi, masukkan susu cair dan panaskan dengan api perlahan.
  8. Setelah menjadi sebati, masukkan isi ayam yang telah digoreng dan digaul rata.
  9. Hidangkan dengan nasi panas.
