Ingredients
1 cassava - 6 inches in length
Shredded coconut (take only white section)
Sambal Tumis
1 can baked bean
1 egg for scrambled egg
Salt
Sugar
Methods
- Cut cassava into two part, boil or steam until soften with a little salt.
- Prepare sambal tumis.
- Use canned baked bean, cook with scrambled egg.
- Shredded white parts of coconut, mixed it with sugar and salt.
- Cut boiled cassava and served it with sambal tumis, sharedded coconut and baked bean.
Ubi Rebus/Kukus Fusion
Bahan-bahan
1 ketul ubi kayu - 6 inci panjang
Kelapa parut (bahagian putih sahaja)
Sambal Tumis
1 tin kacang pangang
1 biji telor dijadikan scrambled egg
Garam
Gula
Langkah-langkah
- Ubi kayu dipotong kepada dua bahagian dan direbus/dikukus sehingga empuk dengan sedikit garam.
- Sediakan sambal tumis.
- Sediakan kacang panggang yang ditinkan dimasak bersama telor.
- Kelapa yang diparut dan diambil bahagian yang putih, digaul bersama garam da gula.
- Belahkan ubi yang telah empuk dan dihidangkan bersama kelapa parut, sambal tumis dan kacang panggang.
