AYAM PERCIK NOXXA / NOXXA PERCIK CHICKEN



NOXXA Percik Chicken 

Ingredients

1 chicken (without head and feet)
3 tablespoons homemade multipurpose paste 
1 inch ginger thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, sliced
2 large onions sliced
1 sliced red chillies
3 stalks shredded chilli
1 stalk lemongrass crushed
1 turmeric leaves shredded
1 lime leaf
1 cup coconut milk
Salt
Brown sugar

Methods

  1. Clean the chicken and tossed. Add the chicken to the Noxxa pot.
  2. Put all the other ingredients into Noxxa pot.
  3. Press the 'ON' and press the 'HIGH PRESSURE' for 25 times.
  4. Put the pressure cooker lid and turn the control knob to position 'PRESSURE'.
  5. Press the 'ON' and wait until the buzzer sounds.
  6. Leave about 2 minutes before open a pot lid.
  7. Transfer the cooked chicken and the gravy to a separate container.
  8. Cut the chicken and prepared with gravy.
Ayam Percik NOXXA

Bahan-bahan
1 ekor ayam (tanpa kepala dan kaki)
3 sudu pes pelbagai guna buatan sendiri
1 inci halia dipotong nipis
3 ulas bawang putih dimayang
2 biji bawang besar dimayang
1 batang cili merah dimayang
3 batang cili padi dimayang
1 batang serai dititik
1 helai daun kunyit dicarik
1 helai daun limau
1 cawan santan pekat
Garam
Gula merah

Langkah-langkah
  1. Bersihkan ayam dan tos seketika. Masukkan ayam ke dalam periuk Noxxa.
  2. Masukkan semua bahan lain ke dalam Noxxa.
  3. Tekan butang ‘ON’ dan tekan ‘HIGH PRESSURE’ 25 kali. 
  4. Tutup periuk dan pusing tombol tekanan ke kedudukan ‘PRESSURE’.
  5. Tekan butang ‘ON’ dan tunggu sehingga buzzer berbunyi.
  6. Biarkan lebih kurang 2 minit baru buka penutup periuk.
  7. Pindahkan ayam yang telah masak berserta dengan kuah ke bekas berasingan.
  8. Potong ayam dan sediakan bersama kuah.

REMPAH KUZI DAN KUZI DAGING / KUZI SPICES AND BEEF KUZI












Beef Kuzi

Ingredients

½ kg of beef cut into cubes1 onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, sliced
3 tablespoons turmeric powder
1 tablespoon homemade ginger-garlic paste.
5 tablespoons of yogurt original flavour
1 tablespoon almond powder
2 tablespoons ghee
2 potatoes cut into wedges
Salt
Sugar

Kuzi’s Spices Ingredients

1 tbsp coriander powder½ tbsp turmeric powder.
½ tablespoon nutmeg powder
½ tablespoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground fennel
½ teaspoon ground white pepper
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Garnishing Ingredients

RaisinsFried cashew nuts
Fried onions
Spring onion

Methods

Kuzi Spices

  1. Combine all kuzi’s spices ingredients.

Beef Kuzi

  1. Beef cleaned and marinated with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder and salt.
  2. Heat ghee with a little cooking oil in a pan, sauté garlic, onion and kuzi spices until fragrant. Add almond powder.
  3. Put marinated beef and cooked until tender.
  4. Put the potatoes and let it cooked.
  5. After evenly mixed put yogurt and mix thoroughly until boiling.
  6. Ready to be served with a garnishing ingredients.
Daging Masak Kuzi
Bahan-Bahan

½ kg daging dipotong kiub1 biji bawang besar dimayang
3 ulas bawang putih dimayang
3 sudu besar serbuk kunyit
1 sudu besar pes halia bawang putih.
5 sudu besar yogurt perisa asli
1 sudu besar serbuk badam
2 sudu besar minyak sapi
2 biji kentang dipotong wedges
Garam
Gula

Bahan Rempah Kuzi

1 sudu besar serbuk ketumbar½ sudu besar serbuk kunyit.
½ sudu besar serbuk biji pala
½ sudu besar serbuk halia
1 sudu teh serbuk jintan manis
1 sudu teh serbuk jintan putih
½ sudu teh serbuk lada putih
¼ sudu teh serbuk kayu manis.

Bahan hiasan

Kismis hitam digorengBiji gajus digoreng
Bawang goreng
Daun bawang

Langkah-langkah
Rempah kuzi

  1. Campurkan semua bahan rempah kuzi.

Daging Kuzi

  1. Daging dibersih dan diperap dengan pes halia-bawang putih, serbuk kunyit dan garam.
  2. Panaskan minyak sapi dengan sedikit minyak masak di dalam kuali, tumis bawang putih, bawang merah dan rempah kuzi sehingga naik bau. Masukkan serbuk badam.
  3. Masukkan daging yang telah diperap dan dimasak sehingga empuk.
  4. Masukkan kentang dan biarkan sehingga lembut.
  5. Setelah sekata masukkan yogurt dan kacau sehingga sebati dan mendidih.
  6. Siap untuk dihidangkan berserta bahan hiasan.
