AYAM PERCIK NOXXA / NOXXA PERCIK CHICKEN



NOXXA Percik Chicken 

Ingredients

1 chicken (without head and feet)
3 tablespoons homemade multipurpose paste 
1 inch ginger thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, sliced
2 large onions sliced
1 sliced red chillies
3 stalks shredded chilli
1 stalk lemongrass crushed
1 turmeric leaves shredded
1 lime leaf
1 cup coconut milk
Salt
Brown sugar

Methods

  1. Clean the chicken and tossed. Add the chicken to the Noxxa pot.
  2. Put all the other ingredients into Noxxa pot.
  3. Press the 'ON' and press the 'HIGH PRESSURE' for 25 times.
  4. Put the pressure cooker lid and turn the control knob to position 'PRESSURE'.
  5. Press the 'ON' and wait until the buzzer sounds.
  6. Leave about 2 minutes before open a pot lid.
  7. Transfer the cooked chicken and the gravy to a separate container.
  8. Cut the chicken and prepared with gravy.
Ayam Percik NOXXA

Bahan-bahan
1 ekor ayam (tanpa kepala dan kaki)
3 sudu pes pelbagai guna buatan sendiri
1 inci halia dipotong nipis
3 ulas bawang putih dimayang
2 biji bawang besar dimayang
1 batang cili merah dimayang
3 batang cili padi dimayang
1 batang serai dititik
1 helai daun kunyit dicarik
1 helai daun limau
1 cawan santan pekat
Garam
Gula merah

Langkah-langkah
  1. Bersihkan ayam dan tos seketika. Masukkan ayam ke dalam periuk Noxxa.
  2. Masukkan semua bahan lain ke dalam Noxxa.
  3. Tekan butang ‘ON’ dan tekan ‘HIGH PRESSURE’ 25 kali. 
  4. Tutup periuk dan pusing tombol tekanan ke kedudukan ‘PRESSURE’.
  5. Tekan butang ‘ON’ dan tunggu sehingga buzzer berbunyi.
  6. Biarkan lebih kurang 2 minit baru buka penutup periuk.
  7. Pindahkan ayam yang telah masak berserta dengan kuah ke bekas berasingan.
  8. Potong ayam dan sediakan bersama kuah.
