SPICY MACARONI CHEESE / MAKARONI PEDAS BERKEJU

Spicy Macaroni Cheese
Ingredients

250 grams of macaroni (boiled according to the instructions on the label)
200 grams of chicken cut into dice
1-2 squid cut in the desired shape
1 clove of onion, minced
3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
3 tablespoons multi-purpose paste
3 tablespoons chilli paste
250 grams cheese & herbal sauce (Prego)
1 tbsp of plum sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Cabbage is cut according to your preference
Salt
Sugar

Methods

  1. Boil macaroni according to packaged instructions. Toss and set aside.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Sauté the multi-purpose paste and the chilli paste until the oil separated.
  4. Add chicken and mix until cooked.
  5. Add cut squid and mix well.
  6. Add plum sauce, sugar and oyster sauce to taste.
  7. Add the boiled macaroni and mix well.
  8. Add the cabbage and sprinkled with salt.
  9. Add cheese & herbal sauce and mix well.
  10. Ready to serve.  
 For Bake
  1. Place fried macaroni in a paper cup and bake in preheated oven.
  2. Bake until cooked. 
  3. You can also use a cupcake maker and bake for 10 minutes. 
  4.  Ready to serve.

Macaroni Pedas Berkeju

Bahan-bahan
250 grams macaroni (direbus mengikut arahan pada label)
200 grams daging ayam dipotong dadu
1-2 ekor sotong dipotong mengikut siaz yang disukai
1 ulas bawang besar dimayang
3-4 ulas bawang putih dimayang
3 sudu besar pes pelbagai guna
3 sudu pes cili kering
250 grams sos keju & herba (Prego)
1 sudu besar sos plum
1 sudu besar sos tiram
Kubis dipotong mengikut kesukaan
Garam
Gula

Langkah-langkah

  1. Rebus macaroni mengikut arahan dibungkusan. Tos dan ketepikan.
  2. Tumis bawang besar dan bawang putih sehingga naik bau.
  3. Tumis pes pelbagai guna dan pes cili kering sehingga pecah minyak.
  4. Masukkan daging ayam dan digaul sehingga masak.
  5. Masukkan sotong dan digaul rata.
  6. Perisakan dengan sos plum, gula dan sos tiram.
  7. Masukkan macaroni yang telah direbus dan digaul rata.
  8. Masukkan kubis dan diperisakan demgan garam.
  9. Masukkan sos keju & herba dan digaul rata.  
  10. Siap untuk dihidang.
Untuk Dibakar 
  1. Masukkan ke dalam bekas (paper cup) dan dibakar dalam ketuhar yang telah dipanaskan terlebih dahulu. 
  2. Bakar sehingga masak.
  3. Boleh juga digunakan pembakar cupcake dan dibakar selama 10 minit.   
  4. Siap untuk dihidang.
