Methods
- Fried eggplant with butter until wilted.
- Sauté multi-purpose paste using remaining butter.
- Sauté pounded ingredients and dried tamarind until fragrant.
- Pinch of salt and sugar to taste.
- Arrange the buttered eggplant in a container and pour the sauce.
- Ready to be serve.

- Terong digoreng dengan mentega sehingga layu.
- Tumiskan pes pelbagai guna.
- Tumiskan bahan tumbuk dan asam keping sehingga naik bau.
- Perisakan dengan garam dan gula.
- Susun terong dalam bekas dan curahkan sambal yang ditumis.
- Siap untuk dihidang.
