Methods
- Mix the flour and salt together in a bowl.
- Put the margarine and olive oil into the batter and mix well.
- Put hot water gradually until the dough becomes soft.
- Divide the batter evenly into balls shape and let it rest for at least 15 minutes.
- Roll the dough into a round shape and place in hot pan without oil.
- Rub the surface to avoid big bubble, turned the dough and let it cook.
- Ready to be served with dhal gravy or curry.
Bahan-bahan
2 cawan tepung atta
1 cawan air panas
2 sudu besar majerin
1 sudu besar minyak zaiton
1 sudu teh garam
Langkah-langkah
- Campurkan garam bersama tepung di dalam mangkuk menguli.
- Masukkan majerin dan minyak zaiton ke dalam adunan dan digaul rata.
- Masukkan air panas sedikit demi sedikit sehingga adunan menjadi anjal.
- Bahagikan adunan sama rata menjadi ketulan dan biarkan sekurang-kurang 15 minit.
- Canaikan adunan menjadi bulat, dan letakkan dalam kuali yang panas tanpa minyak.
- Gosokkan gelembong angin supaya tidak besar, terbalikkan dan biarkan seketika.
- Siap untuk dihidang bersama kuah dhal atau kari.
