AYAM GORENG KUNYIT / TUMERIC FRIED CHICKEN



Turmeric Fried chicken
Ingredients 

2 parts of chicken breasts - cut into cubes without bones
3 tablespoons turmeric powder
2 teaspoon homemade ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon homemade multi-purpose paste
1 inch fresh turmeric – pounded
1 inch ginger - cut to length
1 onion – sliced
3 garlic – sliced
3-4 sticks beans – cut into 2 inches 
1 stick lemongrass - pounded
2 red chillies cut diagonally
4 – 5 bird’s eye chillies
Salt
Sugar
Oil for frying and sautéed

Methods
  1. Marinade the chicken with turmeric powder, salt and ginger-garlic paste for at least ½ hour. 
  2. After marinated, fry fillets until almost cooked, set aside. 
  3. Sauté lemongrass ginger, turmeric, onion, garlic, and multi-purpose paste garlic paste until fragrant. 
  4. Put fried chicken and mixed until cooked. 
  5. Put the cut long beans and chillies and stir until well mixed. 
  6. Ready to be served with hot rice. 
Ayam Goreng Kunyit 

Bahan-bahan

2 bahagian dada ayam – ambil isi dan dipotong kiub
3 sudu besar serbuk kunyit 
2 sudu teh pes halia bawang putih 
1 sudu teh pes pelbagai guna 
1 inci kunyit hidup - ditumbuk 
1 inci halia – dipotong memanjang 
1 bawang besar - dimayang 
3 bawang putih – dimayang 
3 – 4 batang kacang panjang – dipotong 2 inci 
1 batang serai - diketuk2 cili merah dipotong menyerong 
4 – 5 cili padi - dimayang 
Garam 
Gula 
Minyak untuk mengoreng dan menumis 
Langkah-langkah 
  1. Perapkan isi ayam dengan serbuk kunyit, garam dan pes halia-bawang putih sekurang-kurang ½ jam. 
  2. Selepas perap, goreng isi ayam sehingga hampir masak, ketepikan. 
  3. Tumiskan serai, halia, kunyit, bawang besar, bawang putih, pes pelbagai guna dan pes halia bawang putih sehingga naik bau. 
  4. Masukkan isi ayam yang telah digoreng sehingga masak. 
  5. Masukkan kacang panjang, cili merah dan cili padi dan kacau sehingga sebati. 
  6. Siap untuk dihidang bersama nasi panas.
