Ingredients
100 grams bird’s eye chilli100 grams red chilli
5 tablespoons olive oil
Methods
- Blend all chillies until smooth.
- Sauté the blended chillies until oil separated.
- Cool it and keep in a bottle. Use it when needed.
- Can last for 1 month if keep it in cool and dry place.

- Tumis bahan kisaran sehingga garing.
- Sejukkan dan simpan dalam botol. Hanya digunakan bila perlu.
- Bahan boleh disimpan selama sebulan tanpa didinginkan.
