AGLIO E OLIO


Aglio E Olio

Ingredients

150-200 grams of spaghetti
3 cloves garlic, sliced
1 onion sliced cubes
1 sliced red chilli (capsicum various colors can also be used)
Chicken or beef cut into small / cube (seafood also can be used)
3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
1 tea spoon chilli flakes
Salt
Sugar

Parsley for garnishing

Methods

  1. Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the wrapper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic, onion and red pepper until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken, black pepper, chilli flakes and mix well.
  4. Once cooking add salt and sugar to taste.
  5. Toss spaghetti and put in a pan and mixed well.
  6. Serve while hot. Garnish with parsley.

Bahan-bahan

150 - 200 gram spaghetti
3 ulas bawang putih dimayang
1 biji bawang besar dimayang kiub
1 batang cili merah dimayang kasar (boleh juga diguna capsicum berbagai warna)
Isi ayam atau daging yang dipotong kecil/kiub (boleh juga guna seafood)
3-4 sudu besar minyak zaiton
1 sudu teh serbuk kasar lada hitam
1 sudu teh kepingan cili
Garam
Gula
Daun sop untuk hiasan.

Langkah-langkah

  1. Rebus spaghetti mengikut arahan dipembungkus.
  2. Panaskan minyak zaiton dalam kuali dan tumiskan bawang putih, bawang besar dan cili merah sehingga naik bau.
  3. Masukkan isi ayam, serbuk lada hitam, kepingan cili dan digaul rata.
  4. Setelah masak perisakan dengan garam dan gula.
  5. Tos spaghetti dan masukkan ke dalam bahan yang ditumis dan digaul rata dan sebati.
  6. Hidangkan semasa panas.  Hiaskan dengan daun sop.
