SAMBAL TUMIS LEMAK BERKERISEK AYAM / CREAMY SAUTEED ROASTED COCONUT CHICKEN SAMBAL

Creamy Sautéed Roasted Coconut Chicken Sambal
Ingredients

½ medium cut chicken
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
Salt
1 onion sliced
3 cloves garlic, sliced
Brown sugar
Olive oil

For sauce
1 tablespoon homemade multipurpose paste
1 tablespoon homemade garlic-onion paste
3 tablespoons homemade blended chili paste
3 tablespoons yogurt
1 tablespoon roasted coconut

For Garnishing (optional)
Parsley
Spring onions
Fried onions

Methods
  1. Chicken washed and drained. Put turmeric powder, salt and olive oil and mix well. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Fry marinated chicken until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
  4. Enter multipurpose paste, garlic-onion paste and blended chili paste.
  5. Fry until crisp and smooth. Add yogurt and roasted coconut and allowed to boil and blended.
  6. Add salt and brown sugar to taste.
  7. Put fried chicken and mix well.
  8. Turn off the heat and ready to be served with garnishing.
Sambal Tumis Lemak Berkerisek Ayam
Bahan-bahan
½ ekor ayam dipotong sederhana
1 sudu teh serbuk kunyit
Garam
1 biji bawang besar dimayang
3 ulas bawang putih dimayang
Gula perang
Minyak zaiton

Sos
1 sudu besar pes pelbagai guna
1 sudu besar pes halia bawang putih
3 sudu besar pes cili kisar
3 sudu besar yogurt
1 sudu besar kerisek

Untuk hiasan (optional)
Daun sup
Daun bawang
Bawang goreng

Langkah-langkah
  1. Ayam dicuci dan ditoskan. Masuk serbuk kunyit, garam dan minyak zaiton dan digaul rata. Perapkan selama 15 minit.
  2. Ayam yang telah diperap digoreng sehingga kekuningan. Angkat dan ketepikan.
  3. Tumis bawang besar dan bawang putih sehingga naik bau.
  4. Masukkan pes pelbagai guna, pes halia bawang putih dan pes cili kisar.
  5. Tumis sehingga garing dan sebati. Masukkan yogurt dan kerisek dan dibiarkan sehingga mendidih dan sebati.
  6. Perisakan dengan garam dan gula perang.
  7. Masukkan ayam yang telah digoreng dan gaul rata.
  8. Matikan api dan siap untuk dihidang dengan hiasan.
