Cheese cake

Ingredients
For the bottom layer
1½ cup of marie biscuit powder (60 grams of marie biscuit powdered)
1/3 cup melted margarine/melted butter/corn oil
For the cheese layer
750 grams cream cheese, softened
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
4 eggs
For garnishing
4 tablespoons of chocolate chip
Methods
- Preheat the oven at 170 ° C.
- Combine marie biscuit powder, with corn oil and mix well so it is curled.
- Align on 5mm thick and compacted it.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well mixed. Put eggs one by one and mix them at slow speed. Add chocolate chips and mix well.
- Pour the dough over the surface of the compacted marie biscuits.
- Bake for 50 - 60 minutes or until cooked. Let cool at room temperature before cooling in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
- Ready to serve after cooling.
Bahan-bahan
Untuk lapisan bawah
1 ½ cawan serbuk biskut marie (60 grams biskut marie dikisar)
1/3 cawan majerin cair/mentega cair/minyak jagung
Untuk lapisan keju
750 grams cream cheese, dilembutkan
1 cawan gula
1 sudu teh vanilla
4 biji telur
Untuk hiasan
4 sudu besar cip cokelat
Langkah-langkah
- Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 170° C.
- Campurkan serbuk biskut marie, dengan minyak jagung dan gaul rata sehingga menggentel.
- Ratakan pada acuan setebal 5mm dan dipadatkan.
- Pukul cream cheese, gula dan vanilla sehingga sebati. Masukkan telor 1 persatu dan dicampur pada kelajuan perlahan setiap kali dimasukkan sehingga bercampur rata. Campurkan cip cokelat dan digaul rata.
- Tuangkan adunan ke atas permukaan biskut marie yang dipadatkan.
- Bakar selama 50 – 60 minit atau sehingga masak. Biarkan sejuk pada suhu bilik sebelum didinginkan dalam peti sejuk selama 4 jam.
- Siap untuk dihidang selepas disejukkan.
