REMPAH KABSHA / HOMEMADE KABSHA SPICES


Rempah yang digunakan / Spices used
Selepas dicampur menjadi rempah kabsha / Kabsha spice mix
Kabsha Spices

Ingredients

1 tablespoon cloves powder
1 tablespoon black pepper powder
1 tablespoon fennel seeds powder
1 tablespoon cumin powder
2 tablespoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon cardamom powder
1 tablespoon star anise powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 teaspoon nutmeg seed powder

Methods

1.    Mixed all spices evenly. Ready to use.
2.    If using fresh spices, dry fry and blend all in one mix.
3.    Keep the mixed spices in an airtight container for later use.

Rempah Nasi Kabsha

Bahan-bahan

1 sudu makan serbuk bunga cengkih
1 sudu makan serbuk lada hitam
1 sudu makan serbuk jintan manis
1 sudu makan serbuk jintan putih
2 sudu makan serbuk ketumbar
1 sudu makan serbuk buah pelaga
1 sudu makan serbuk bunga lawang
1 sudu makan serbuk cili
1 sudu teh serbuk kunyit
1 sudu the serbuk biji pala

Langkah-langkah

1.    Semua bahan dicampur rata. Sedia untuk digunakan.
2.    Jika menggunakan bahan belum dikisar, hendaklah menggoreng kering semua bahan dan dikisar serentak.
3.    Simpan campuran rempah di dalam bekas kedap udara.
