Marinate meat with a multipurpose paste for a while.
Heat olive oil and sauté the onions, garlic and multi-purpose paste until fragrance.
Put the meat and fry until cooked.

Methods
Chicken is marinated with some olive oil, turmeric and salt.
Heat olive oil, sauté ginger and lemongrass until crispy and put in onion and garlic.
Add in a multi-purpose paste, coriander powder, fennel powder, cumin powder and cinnamon powder and stir until oil breaks.
Add chicken and mix well.
Fill water mixed with tamarind and stir, add salt and sugar to taste.
Let it boil and dry up.
Ready to be served.

Langkah-langkah
Ayam diperap dengan sedikit minyak zaiton, kunyit dan garam.
Panaskan minyak zaiton, tumiskan halia dan serai sehingga garing dan masukkan bawang besar dan bawang putih.
Masukkan pes pelbagai guna, serbuk ketumbar, serbuk jintan manis, serbuk jintan putih serta serbuk kulit kayu manis dan kacau sehingga pecah minyak.
Masukkan ayam dan digaul rata.
Isikan air yang dicampur asam jawa dan kacau, perisakan dengan garam dan gula.
