SPICY MACARONI CHEESE / MAKARONI PEDAS BERKEJU

Spicy Macaroni Cheese
Ingredients

250 grams of macaroni (boiled according to the instructions on the label)
200 grams of chicken cut into dice
1-2 squid cut in the desired shape
1 clove of onion, minced
3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
3 tablespoons multi-purpose paste
3 tablespoons chilli paste
250 grams cheese & herbal sauce (Prego)
1 tbsp of plum sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Cabbage is cut according to your preference
Salt
Sugar

Methods

  1. Boil macaroni according to packaged instructions. Toss and set aside.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Sauté the multi-purpose paste and the chilli paste until the oil separated.
  4. Add chicken and mix until cooked.
  5. Add cut squid and mix well.
  6. Add plum sauce, sugar and oyster sauce to taste.
  7. Add the boiled macaroni and mix well.
  8. Add the cabbage and sprinkled with salt.
  9. Add cheese & herbal sauce and mix well.
  10. Ready to serve.  
 For Bake
  1. Place fried macaroni in a paper cup and bake in preheated oven.
  2. Bake until cooked. 
  3. You can also use a cupcake maker and bake for 10 minutes. 
  4.  Ready to serve.

Macaroni Pedas Berkeju

Bahan-bahan
250 grams macaroni (direbus mengikut arahan pada label)
200 grams daging ayam dipotong dadu
1-2 ekor sotong dipotong mengikut siaz yang disukai
1 ulas bawang besar dimayang
3-4 ulas bawang putih dimayang
3 sudu besar pes pelbagai guna
3 sudu pes cili kering
250 grams sos keju & herba (Prego)
1 sudu besar sos plum
1 sudu besar sos tiram
Kubis dipotong mengikut kesukaan
Garam
Gula

Langkah-langkah

  1. Rebus macaroni mengikut arahan dibungkusan. Tos dan ketepikan.
  2. Tumis bawang besar dan bawang putih sehingga naik bau.
  3. Tumis pes pelbagai guna dan pes cili kering sehingga pecah minyak.
  4. Masukkan daging ayam dan digaul sehingga masak.
  5. Masukkan sotong dan digaul rata.
  6. Perisakan dengan sos plum, gula dan sos tiram.
  7. Masukkan macaroni yang telah direbus dan digaul rata.
  8. Masukkan kubis dan diperisakan demgan garam.
  9. Masukkan sos keju & herba dan digaul rata.  
  10. Siap untuk dihidang.
Untuk Dibakar 
  1. Masukkan ke dalam bekas (paper cup) dan dibakar dalam ketuhar yang telah dipanaskan terlebih dahulu. 
  2. Bakar sehingga masak.
  3. Boleh juga digunakan pembakar cupcake dan dibakar selama 10 minit.   
  4. Siap untuk dihidang.

PARATHA LASAGNA / LASAGNA PARATHA





Paratha Lasagna

Ingredients


1 pack frozen plain paratha (5 pieces / pack) (use Kawanku brand)
1 sausage pack (10 sticks / pack) round cut
1 pack of cheddar cheese (10 pieces / pack)
1 pack of meat loaf (200 gm / pack)
3 cups pasta sauce
200 grams of mozzarella cheese
10 pitted olives round cut
Olive oil


Methods

  1. Preheat the oven at 180 - 230 degrees Celsius.
  2. Rubbed olive oil to baking dish surface.
  3. Cut paratha into 2 parts.
  4. Arrange the paratha in baking dish.
  5. Pour pasta sauce on the surface of paratha and levelled it.
  6. Put cheddar cheese and meat loaf.
  7. Put cut sausages, lay paratha to cover the surface.
  8. Pour pasta sauce on the surface of paratha.
  9. Arrange cheese and meat loaf over the surface.
  10. Arrange sausages, mozzarella cheese and olives to cover the surface.
  11. Cover the container with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
  12. Open the aluminum foil and bake it for 15 minutes or until golden yellow.
  13. Cut and serve.
Lasagna Paratha

Bahan-bahan


1 pek plain paratha segera (5 keping/pek)(guna brand Kawanku)
1 pek sausage (10 batang/pek) dipotong bulat
1 pek keju cheddar (10 keping/pek)
1 pek lof daging (200 gm/pek)
3 cawan sos pasta
200 grams keju mozzarella
10 biji buah zaiton tanpa biji dipotong bulat
Minyak zaiton


Langkah-langkah

  1. Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 180 - 230 darjah Celsius.
  2. Bekas disapu minyak zaiton.
  3. Potong paratha kepada 2 bahagian.
  4. Susun paratha memenuhi permukaan bekas.
  5. Ratakan sos pasta di atas permukaan paratha.
  6. Susun kepingan keju berselang dengan lof daging memenuhi permukaan bekas.
  7. Taburkan sosej, kemudian disusun paratha memenuhi permukaan.
  8. Ratakan sos pasta di atas permukaan paratha.
  9. Susun kepingan keju berselang dengan lof daging memenuhi permukaan bekas.
  10. Taburkan sosej, keju mozzarella dan buah zaiton.
  11. Tutup bekas dengan kepingan aluminium dan bakar dalam ketuhar selama 15 minit.
  12. Buka kepingan aluminium dan bakar semula selama 15 minit atau sehingga pemukaan kuning keemasan.
  13. Potong dan hidangkan.

KEK KEJU / CHEESE CAKE

 

Cheese cake 
(Credit to KRAFT)

Ingredients

For the bottom layer
1½ cup of marie biscuit powder (60 grams of marie biscuit powdered)
1/3 cup melted margarine/melted butter/corn oil

For the cheese layer
750 grams cream cheese, softened
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
4 eggs

For garnishing
4 tablespoons of chocolate chip

Methods

  1. Preheat the oven at 170 ° C.
  2. Combine marie biscuit powder, with corn oil and mix well so it is curled.
  3. Align on 5mm thick and compacted it.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well mixed. Put eggs one by one and mix them at slow speed. Add chocolate chips and mix well.
  5. Pour the dough over the surface of the compacted marie biscuits.
  6. Bake for 50 - 60 minutes or until cooked. Let cool at room temperature before cooling in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  7. Ready to serve after cooling.
Kek Keju (Kredit kepada KRAFT)
 

Bahan-bahan

Untuk lapisan bawah
1 ½ cawan serbuk biskut marie (60 grams biskut marie dikisar)
1/3 cawan majerin cair/mentega cair/minyak jagung

Untuk lapisan keju
750 grams cream cheese, dilembutkan
1 cawan gula
1 sudu teh vanilla
4 biji telur

Untuk hiasan
4 sudu besar cip cokelat

Langkah-langkah

  1. Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 170° C.
  2. Campurkan serbuk biskut marie, dengan minyak jagung dan gaul rata sehingga menggentel.
  3. Ratakan pada acuan setebal 5mm dan dipadatkan.
  4. Pukul cream cheese, gula dan vanilla sehingga sebati. Masukkan telor 1 persatu dan dicampur pada kelajuan perlahan setiap kali dimasukkan sehingga bercampur rata. Campurkan cip cokelat dan digaul rata.
  5. Tuangkan adunan ke atas permukaan biskut marie yang dipadatkan.
  6. Bakar selama 50 – 60 minit atau sehingga masak. Biarkan sejuk pada suhu bilik sebelum didinginkan dalam peti sejuk selama 4 jam.
  7. Siap untuk dihidang selepas disejukkan.
