ROTI BAKAR RANGUP / CRISPY FRENCH TOAST



Crispy French Toast

Ingredients

6 slices sandwich bread
2 eggs
salt
Oil for frying

Methods

  1. Whisk eggs with salt until fluffy. 
  2. Heat the wok with oil. 
  3. Dip bread into the egg mixture. 
  4. Fry the bread until golden brown. 
  5. Put the fried bread into the toaster until crisp. Cut diagonal
  6. Ready to be served.

Bahan-bahan 

6 keping roti sandwich
2 biji telor 
Garam 
Minyak untuk menggoreng 

Langkah-langkah

  1. Pukul telor bersama garam sehingga kembang. 
  2. Panaskan kuali bersama minyak. 
  3. Celopkan roti ke dalam campuran telor sehingga rata. 
  4. Gorengkan roti sehingga kuning keemasan. 
  5. Masukkan roti yang telah digoreng ke dalam pembakar roti sehingga garing. Potong melintang. 
  6. Siap untuk dihidang.

BRUSCHETTA SOSEJ BERKEJU / CHEESY SAUSAGE BRUSCHETTA




Cheesy Sausage Bruschetta 

Ingredients

6 slices sandwich bread
Garlic butter (or minced garlic and mix with butter)
1 onion finely sliced
2 sticks of sausage cut into cubes
1 capsicum cut into cubes
1 tomato cut into cubes
2 inch cucumber cut into cubes
Salt
Peeled grated cheddar cheese

Methods

  1. Spread garlic butter on sandwich bread. 
  2. Mixed all cut ingredients with salt and cheese. 
  3. Spoon the mixed ingredients onto the bread and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. 
  4. Bake in oven at 180 degrees Celsius. 
  5. Once the topping turn golden brown, ready to be serve. 
Bruschetta Sosej Berkeju

Bahan-bahan

6 keping roti sandwich
Mentega berperisa bawang putih (atau potong kecil bawang putih dan gaul bersama mentega)
1 biji bawang dimayang halus
2 batang sosej dipotong kiub
1 capsicum dipotong kiub
1 biji tomato dipotong kiub
2 inci timun dipotong kiub
Garam
Keju cheddar disagat

Langkah-langkah

  1. Roti sandwich disapu mentega bawang putih. 
  2. Bahan-bahan yang dipotong digaul bersama garam dan keju. 
  3. Sudukan bahan-bahan campuran ke atas roti dan taburkan keju cheddar. 
  4. Bakar dalam ketuhar pada suhu 180 darjah Celsius. 
  5. Setelah kuning keemasan, siap untuk dihidang.
