AYAM BAKAR ELC / ELC GRILLED CHICKEN


ELC Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

3 pieces of chicken legs (whole legs)
3 tablespoon turmeric powder
2 cloves onion minced
3 cloves of garlic minced
1 tablespoon garlic ginger paste
2 tablespoons of multi-purpose paste
5 tablespoons of blended chili paste
2 tablespoon creamy sweet soy sauce
1 teaspoon of honey
Salt
Sugar
Dried tamarind
3 cups water
Oil for sauté

Methods

  1. Clean the chicken and marinated it with salt and turmeric and left for a moment.
  2. Heat the pan and stir fry onion and garlic until fragrance.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste, multi-purpose paste and blended chilli paste. Stir until crisp.
  4. Add water, soya sauce, honey, salt and sugar. Insert dried tamarind. Let it boil.
  5. Put the chicken that has been marinated into the pan containing the mixture of the above ingredients.
  6. Heated until the liquid becomes thick. Turn the chicken to get evenly cooked.
  7. Remove the chicken and put it in a preheated oven at 170 ° C. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the chicken skin turns golden yellow.
  8. Serve chicken with remaining sauce in the pan.

2 ulas bawang besar
3 ulas bawang putih
1 sudu besar pes halia bawang putih
2 sudu besar pes pelbagai guna
5 sudu besar pes kisaran cili
2 sudu besar kicap lemak manis
1 sudu kecil madu
Garam
Gula
Asam keping
3 cawan air
Minyak untuk menunis

Langkah-langkah

  1. Ayam dibersih dan diperap dengan garam dan kunyit dan dibiarkan seketika.
  2. Panaskan kuali dan tumis bawang besar dan bawang putih sehingga naik bau.
  3. Masukkan pes halia-bawang putih, pes pelbagai guna dan pes kisaran cili. Tumis sehingga agak garing.
