KACANG PANJANG GORENG / FRIED LONG BEANS



Fried Long Beans

Ingredients

10 long beans cut diagonally
1 onion blended
1 tablespoons all-purpose paste
5 shallots sliced
1 red chilli cut taper
1 tablespoon creamy-sweet soy sauce
1 tablespoons plum sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 egg
Salt
Sugar
Olive oil

Methods

1.    Long beans cut diagonally.
2.    Sauté blended ingredients, sliced shallots, red chilies and all-purpose paste.
3.    Once fragrant, add all the sauces and stir until well mixed
4.    Fry eggs and stir to scramble it.
5.    Put diagonally cut long beans and stirred until all ingredients are well mixed.
6.    Season it with salt and sugar.
7.    Dish is ready to be served.

Kacang Panjang Goreng

Bahan-bahan

10 urai kacang panjang
1 ulas bawang besar dikisar
1 sudu besar pes serba guna
5 ulas bawang merah diracik
1 cili merah dipotong meruncing
1 sudu besar kicap lemak manis
1 sudu besar sos plum
1 sudu besar sos cili
1 biji telor ayam
Garam
Gula
Minyak zaiton

Langkah-langkah

1.    Kacang panjang dipotong meruncing.
2.    Tumiskan bahan-bahan dikisar, bawang merah, cili merah dan pes serba guna.
3.    Setelah berbau wangi, masukkan semua sos dan kacau sehingga sekata.
4.    Pecahkan telor dan kacau sehingga agak hancur.
5.    Masukkan kacang panjang yang dipotong dan dikacau sehingga sebati.
6.    Perisakan dengan garam dan gula.
7.    Siap untuk dihidang.
