TOMYAM KUNG CAMPUR / MIXED TOMYAM KUNG




Mixed Tomyam Kung

Ingredients

200 gm of meat
200 gm chicken
2 squid cut and slit
3 tablespoons homemade tomyam paste 

5 tablespoons thick coconut milk
1 stalk lemongrass crushed
2 kaffir lime leaves
3 kaffir lime – squeeze for juice
10 bird’s eye chili crushed 
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
10 mm ginger
Salt

Vegetables


1 onion, cut round
1 tomato cut wedges
4 stalks broccoli, cut
3 stalks of baby corn cut oblique
¼ carrot cut round
2 stalks Celery cut diagonally

Methods

  1. Boil squid, chicken and meat until soft. Separate from stock. 
  2. Heat the stock and put tomyam paste, garlic, ginger and crushed lemongrass. Let boil for a while. 
  3. Once boiled, add carrots, celery, onion and baby corn. 
  4. Put kaffir leaves and crushed bird’s eye chili. 
  5. After vegetable wilted, add broccoli and tomatoes. 
  6. Put boiled squid, chicken, meat and kaffir lime juice. 
  7. Pour in coconut milk and let it boil for a while. 
  8. Turn off heat and ready to serve. 
Tomyam Kung Campur

Bahan-bahan

200 gm daging
200 gm ayam 
2 potong sotong dan celah 
3 sudu pes tomyam buatan sendiri 
5 sudu santan pekat 
1 batang serai diketuk 
2 helai daun limau purut 
3 biji limau purut – diperah untuk jus 
10 cili padi dihancurkan 
1 bawang besar dipotong bulat 
2 ulas bawang putih 
10 mm halia 
Garam 

Sayur-sayuran

1 tomato dipotong baji
4 batang brokoli, potong 
3 batang jagung muda dipotong serong 
¼ lobak merah dipotong bulat 
2 batang saderi dipotong menyerong 

Langkah-langkah

  1. Rebus sotong, ayam dan daging sehingga lembut. Asingkan air rebusan. 
  2. Panaskan air rebusan dan letakkan pes tomyam, bawang putih, halia dan serai. Biarkan mendidih seketika 
  3. Setelah mendidih, masukkan lobak merah, saderi, bawang dan jagung muda. 
  4. Letakkan daun limau purut dan cili padi. 
  5. Setelah semua sayur menjadi layu, tambah brokoli dan tomato. 
  6. Masukkan sotong, ayam, daging yang telah direbus dan jus limau purut. 
  7. Masukkan santan dan biarkan ia mendidih seketika. 
  8. Tutup api dan sedia untuk dihidang.
