SUP TULANG MENGGUNAKAN PEMANGGANG AJAIB \ BONE SOUP USING MAGIC GRILL PAN




Bone Soup Using Magic Grill Pan

Ingredients

1 kg of cow bone
5 potatoes cut into eight parts each (optional)
1 onion - sliced
2 cloves garlic - sliced
1 teaspoon homemade multi usage paste
1 tablespoon homemade ginger - garlic paste
1 inch fresh ginger
Soup seasoning parcel
Sautéed spices (cinnamon, cardamom, star anise and cloves )
1 packet of soup spice powder
2 tablespoons korma spice powder
3 tablespoons thicken coconut milk
Salt
Sugar
Fried onions
Parsley
Spring onions
Cooking/olive oil

Methods

  1. Boil bones with onion, garlic, ginger and soup seasoning parcel in the magic grill on medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Put sautéed spices, ginger - garlic paste and multipurpose paste.
  3. Mix soup spices and korma spices with a little water. Pour into pan. Stir well. Add potatoes.
  4. Close magic grill and leave for 15 minutes over medium heat.
  5. Add coconut milk, salt and sugar to taste.
  6. Once boiled and meat tender, served it with some fried onions, spring onions and parsley.
Sup Tulang Mengguna Pemanggang Ajaib

Bahan-bahan

1 kilogram tulang lembu
5 biji kentang dipotong lapan setiap satu (optional)
1 ulas bawang besar – dimayang
2 ulas bawang putih – dimayang
1 sudu teh pes pelbagai guna
1 sudu besar pes halia-bawang putih
1 inci halia segar
Bonjut perencah sup
Rempah tumisan (kulit kayu manis, buah pelaga, bunga lawang dan bunga cengkeh)
1 bungkus serbuk sup
2 sudu rempah korma
3 sudu besar santan pekat
Garam
Gula
Bawang goreng
Daun sup
Daun bawang
Minyak masak/zaiton

Langkah-langkah

  1. Rebus tulang bersama bawang besar, bawang putih, halia dan sup bunjut di dalam pemanggang ajaib pada api sederhana selama 15 – 20 minit. 
  2. Masukkan rempah tumisan, pes halia-bawang putih dan pes pelbagai guna.
  3. Campurkan rempah sup dan korma dengan sedikit air. Tuangkan kedalam periuk. Kacau. Masukkan kentang.
  4. Tutup pemanggang ajaib dan biarkan selama 15 minit di atas api sederhana.
  5. Masukkan santan pekat, garam dan gula secukup rasa.
  6. Setelah mendidih dan daging empuk, siap untuk dihidang dengan sedikit taburan bawang goreng, daun bawang dan daun sup.
