Lemuni rice
Ingredients
1 kg of basmathi rice is washed and tossed
6 cups water
1 cup lemuni leaf extract
200 grams coconut cream, coconut milk can also be use
Onion minced
Garlic minced
Ginger sliced
4 herbs spice
Pandan leaf
Lemongrass
Salt
Sugar
Olive oil
Methods
- Heat the pot, add olive oil.
- Sauté onion and garlic and sliced ginger until fragrant.
- Add pandan leaf, lemon grass and spices.
- Add water and lemuni leaf extract, heat it to boil.
- Salt and sugar to taste. Stir for a while.
- After boiling, add coconut cream and rice.
- Stir until mixed, cover the pan and leave until rice cook.
- Once cooked, ready to be served with other dishes.
If using NOXXA multi-cooker
- Press on STIR FRY, add the oil and sauté onion, garlic, ginger slices and four-herb spice so that it fragrant.
- Add water, lemuni leaves extract and coconut milk.
- Add rice, salt and sugar to taste.
- Press STEAM 7 times, cover the pan with lid, adjust the adjusting button on STEAM.
- Wait until noxxa buzzer sounds. Let it for a while before release the pan cover.
- Ready to serve with other dishes.
Nasi Lemuni
Bahan-bahan
1 kg beras basmathi dibasuh dan ditoskan seketika
6 cawan air
1 cawan air kisaran daun lemuni
1 kotak krim kelapa (coconut cream) santan biasa pun boleh
Bawang besar dimayang
Bawang putih dimayang
Halia dihiris
Rempah 4 sekawan
Daun pandan
Serai
Garam

Langkah-langkah
- Panaskan periuk, masukkan minyak zaiton.
- Tumis bawang besar dan bawang putih serta hirisan halia sehingga wangi.
- Masukkan daun pandan, serai dan rempah 4 sekawan.
- Masukkan air dan air perahan daun lemuni, panaskan sehingga mendidih.
- Perisakan dengan garam dan gula. Kacau seketika.
- Setelah mendidih, masukkan krim kelapa dan beras.
- Kacau seketika, tutup periuk dan dibiarkan sehingga nasi masak.
- Setelah masak, nasi dikores sedikit dan siap untuk dihidang dengan juadah yang lain.
Jika guna Noxxa,
- Tekan on STIR FRY, masukkan minyak dan tumis bawang besar, bawang putih, hirisan halia dan rempah empat sekawan sehingga naik bau.
- Masukkan air, air perahan daun lemuni dan santan.
- Masukkan beras dan perisakan dengan garam dan gula.
- Tekan STEAM sebanyak 7 kali, tutup periuk dengan penutup, laraskan tombol pelaras pada STEAM.
- Tunggu sehingga buzzer Noxxa berbunyi. Biarkan seketika baru dibuka penutup periuk.
- Siap untuk dihidang dengan juadah yang lain.

Masak Lemak Cili Padi Itek Salai
Ingredients
1/2 smoked duck sliced
3 potatoes cut
100 ml coconut milk cream
5 table spoon multi-purpose paste
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 teaspoon of plum sauce
Turmeric leaf
3 lemongrass pounded
2 pieces of kaffir lime leaves

- Methods
- Put a multi-purpose paste into the pan and add some water and turmeric powder.
- Add the potatoes, boil until tender. Add on turmeric leaf, lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves.
- Once boiled, add smoked duck and leave for a while.
- Add the plum sauce, salt and sugar to taste.
- Pour coconut milk cream and mix well.
- Let it boil with small flame and do not break oil.
- Ready to serve.
Masak Lemak Cili Padi Itek Salai
Bahan-bahan
1/2 ekor itik salai dipotong
3 biji kentang dipotong
100 ml krim santan kelapa
5 sudu pes pelbagai guna
1 sudu teh serbuk kunyit
1 sudu sos plum
Daun kunyit
3 batang serai dititik
2 helai daun limau purut
Garam

Langkah-langkah
- Masukkan pes pelbagai guna ke dalam kuali dan ditambah sedikit air dan serbuk kunyit.
- Masukkan kentang, direbus sehingga lembut. Masuklan daun kunyit, serai dan daun limau purut.
- Setelah mendidih masukkan itik salai dan dibiar seketika.
- Masukkan sos plum, garam dan gula secukup rasa.
- Tuangkan krim santan kelapa dan digaul rata.
- Biarkan mendidih dengan api kecil dan tidak pecah minyak.
- Siap untuk dihidang.
Spicy Creamy Fettuccine
Ingredients
2 slices of chicken breast cut into cubes
500 grams fettuccine, boil as instructed at the label
2 eggs were broken and stirred
1 onion sliced
4 cloves garlic sliced
2 stalk curry leaves
5 - 10 bird’s eye chilli
250 ml fresh milk / evaporated milk
2 tablespoons butter
Oil for sautéing
1 teaspoon of curry powder
1 teaspoon of corn flour
2 salted egg, crushed
1 teaspoon of black pepper powder

Sugar
For fried flour, all ingredients are mixed
3 teaspoons of wheat flour
2 teaspoons of rice flour
1 teaspoon of corn flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper powder
For garnishing
3 pieces chicken salami, fried and cut
5 cherry tomatoes
Methods
- Chicken cut into cubes and dipped in stirred egg and mixed in flour mixture.
- Fry chicken until golden yellow. Put aside.
- Heat butter with a small amount of frying oil.
- Add in curry leaves, onions, garlic and bird’s eye chilli, stir fry until fragrant.
- Add milk and mix well until almost boiling.
- Add in curry powder, black pepper powder, sugar and salt, mix thoroughly.
- Mix cornstarch and water and stir well.
- Put salted eggs that have been minced.
- Add the cornstarch mixture in a saucepan and stir it to well mix.
- Put fried chicken and fettuccine into the sauce and mixed it well.
- Ready to serve with garnishing.
Fettuccine Lemak Berempah
Bahan-bahan
2 keping dada ayam dipotong dadu
500 gram fettuccine direbus mengikut arahan pada label
2 biji telor dipecah dan dikacau
1 bawang besar dimayang
4 ulas bawang putih dimayang
2 tangkai daun kari
5 - 10 biji cili padi dimayang
250 ml susu segar/susu cair
2 sudu mentega
Minyak untuk mengoreng
1 sudu serbuk kari
1 sudu teh tepung jagung
2 biji telor masin direbus dan dihancurkan
1 sudu teh serbuk lada hitam
Garam
Gula
Untuk tepung gorengan, semua bahan digaul rata
3 sudu teh tepung gandum
2 sudu teh tepung beras
1 sudu teh tepung jagung

Untuk hiasan
3 keping salami ayam digoreng dan dipotong
5 biji tomato ceri
Langkah-langkah
- Isi ayam dipotong dadu dan dicelup dalam pecahan telur, dan digaul dalam campuran tepung.
- Goreng ayam sehingga kuning keemasan. Ketepikan.
- Panaskan mentega dengan sedikit baki minyak menggoreng.
- Masukkan daun kari, bawang besar, bawang putih dan cili padi, tumis sehingga naik bau.
- Masukkan susu dan kacau sehingga hampir mendidih.
- Masukkan serbuk kari, serbuk lada hitam, gula dan garam, kacau sehingga sebati.
- Campurkan tepung jagung dan air dan kacau sebati.
- Masukan telur masin yang telah dihancurkan.
- Masukkan campuran tepung jagung dalam kuah dan kacau supaya tidak berketul.
- Masukkan ayam yang telah digoreng dan fettuccine dan digaul rata.
- Siap untuk dihidang bersama bahan hiasan.
Paratha Lasagna
Ingredients
1 pack frozen plain paratha (5 pieces / pack) (use Kawanku brand)
1 sausage pack (10 sticks / pack) round cut
1 pack of cheddar cheese (10 pieces / pack)
1 pack of meat loaf (200 gm / pack)
3 cups pasta sauce
200 grams of mozzarella cheese
10 pitted olives round cut

Methods
- Preheat the oven at 180 - 230 degrees Celsius.
- Rubbed olive oil to baking dish surface.
- Cut paratha into 2 parts.
- Arrange the paratha in baking dish.
- Pour pasta sauce on the surface of paratha and levelled it.
- Put cheddar cheese and meat loaf.
- Put cut sausages, lay paratha to cover the surface.
- Pour pasta sauce on the surface of paratha.
- Arrange cheese and meat loaf over the surface.
- Arrange sausages, mozzarella cheese and olives to cover the surface.
- Cover the container with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Open the aluminum foil and bake it for 15 minutes or until golden yellow.
- Cut and serve.
Lasagna Paratha
Bahan-bahan
1 pek plain paratha segera (5 keping/pek)(guna brand Kawanku)
1 pek sausage (10 batang/pek) dipotong bulat
1 pek keju cheddar (10 keping/pek)
1 pek lof daging (200 gm/pek)
3 cawan sos pasta
200 grams keju mozzarella
10 biji buah zaiton tanpa biji dipotong bulat
Minyak zaiton
Langkah-langkah
- Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 180 - 230 darjah Celsius.
- Bekas disapu minyak zaiton.
- Potong paratha kepada 2 bahagian.
- Susun paratha memenuhi permukaan bekas.
- Ratakan sos pasta di atas permukaan paratha.
- Susun kepingan keju berselang dengan lof daging memenuhi permukaan bekas.
- Taburkan sosej, kemudian disusun paratha memenuhi permukaan.
- Ratakan sos pasta di atas permukaan paratha.
- Susun kepingan keju berselang dengan lof daging memenuhi permukaan bekas.
- Taburkan sosej, keju mozzarella dan buah zaiton.
- Tutup bekas dengan kepingan aluminium dan bakar dalam ketuhar selama 15 minit.
- Buka kepingan aluminium dan bakar semula selama 15 minit atau sehingga pemukaan kuning keemasan.
- Potong dan hidangkan.
