KEK PISANG GEBU / FLUFFY BANANA CAKE






Fluffy Banana Cakes(Credit to Lina Kz Shaari)

Ingredients

1 cup mashed ripe bananas
½ cup corn oil
½ cup condensed milk
¾ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon soda bicarbonate
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ cup almond chips
½ cup chocolate chips

Methods

  1. Heat the oven to 175 degree Celsius.
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Let it rest for about 20 minutes.
  4. Lightly oil the mould.
  5. Spoon the mixture to ¾ full mould. 
  6. Sprinkle remaining almonds chips and chocolate chips over the top of the dough.
  7. Bake for 15 - 30 minutes.
  8. Once cooked serve.
Kek Pisang Gebu

Bahan-bahan

1 cawan pisang lenyek
½ cawan minyak jagung
½ cawan susu pekat 
3/4 cawan gula perang 
2 biji telur 
2 cawan tepung gandum 
1 sudu the soda bikarbonat 
1/2 sudu kecil baking powder
¼ cawan cip badam
½ cawan cip cokelat 

Langkah-langkah

  1. Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 175 darjah Celsius. 
  2. Gaul rata semua bahan. 
  3. Perap lebih kurang 20 minit. 
  4. Sapu minyak pada acuan. 
  5. Masukkan adunan ¾ penuh acuan saja. 
  6. Taburkan cip cokelat di atas permukaan adunan.
  7. Bakar selama 15 – 30 minit.
  8. Setelah masak hidangkan.
