Fluffy Banana Cakes(Credit to Lina Kz Shaari)
Ingredients
1 cup mashed ripe bananas½ cup corn oil
½ cup condensed milk
¾ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon soda bicarbonate
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ cup almond chips
½ cup chocolate chips
Methods
- Heat the oven to 175 degree Celsius.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Let it rest for about 20 minutes.
- Lightly oil the mould.
- Spoon the mixture to ¾ full mould.
- Sprinkle remaining almonds chips and chocolate chips over the top of the dough.
- Bake for 15 - 30 minutes.
- Once cooked serve.

Bahan-bahan
1 cawan pisang lenyek ½ cawan minyak jagung
½ cawan susu pekat
3/4 cawan gula perang
2 biji telur
2 cawan tepung gandum
1 sudu the soda bikarbonat
1/2 sudu kecil baking powder
¼ cawan cip badam
½ cawan cip cokelat
Langkah-langkah
- Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 175 darjah Celsius.
- Gaul rata semua bahan.
- Perap lebih kurang 20 minit.
- Sapu minyak pada acuan.
- Masukkan adunan ¾ penuh acuan saja.
- Taburkan cip cokelat di atas permukaan adunan.
- Bakar selama 15 – 30 minit.
- Setelah masak hidangkan.
