CHEESE NAN









Cheese Nan

Ingredients

400 grams of wheat flour
100 grams self raising flour
1 teaspoon instant yeast
2 tablespoons sugar (1 tablespoon mixed with yeast, 1 tablespoon mixed with the dry mix)
250 ml of warm water
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons yogurt
1 teaspoon salt
100 grams of mozzarella cheese

Methods

  1. Put warm water in a container and immediately mix yeast and sugar. Stir and set aside until bubbling increase.
  2. In other bowl, mix the flour, self raising flour, salt, sugar, yogurt and butter. Mix well all the ingredients.
  3. Gradually pour yeast and sugar solution into the dry mixture and mixed until it does not stick to hands.
  4. Knead the dough for a moment and put into a container slightly rubbed with cooking oil / olive. 
  5. Let the dough expands into double the size.
  6. Remove the expanded dough and knead briefly to remove air.
  7. Make chunks of a tennis ball.
  8. Flatten the dough and sprinkle with cheese, folded and flattened again.
  9. Put the dough into a flat non-stick pan and covered with a lid over medium heat.
  10. Flip it and once cook, lift it and serve with chicken tandoori masala.
Cheese Nan

Bahan-bahan

400 grams tepung gandum
100 grams tepung naik sendiri
1 sudu yis segera
2 sudu besar gula (1 sudu dicampu bersama yis, 1 sudu dicampur dengan campuran kering)
250 ml air suam
2 sudu besar mentega
3 sudu besar yogurt
1 sudu the garam
100 grams keju mozzarella

Langkah-langkah

  1. Masukkan air suam dalam satu bekas dan campur yis segera dan gula. Kacau dan ketepikan sehingga naik buih.
  2. Dalam bekas lain, campurkan tepung gandum, tepung naik sendiri, garam, gula, yogurt dan mentega. Gaul sebati semua bahan.
  3. Masukkan larutan yis dan gula kedalam campuran kering sedikit demi sedikit dan digaul sehingga tidak melekat pada tangan. 
  4. Uli seketika dan masukkan ke dalam bekas yang disapu sedikit minyak masak/zaiton.
  5. Biarkan doh mengembang menjadi saiz berganda.
  6. Keluarkan setelah doh mengembang dan uli seketika untuk keluarkan udara.
  7. Jadikan ketulan sebesar bola tenis.
  8. Leperkan doh tersebut dan taburkan keju, dan dilipatkan dan dileperkan semula.
  9. Masukkan doh yang dileper ke dalam kuali tak melekat dan ditutup dengan penutup pada api sederhana.
  10. Terbalikkan dan setelah masak angkat dan hidangkan bersama ayam tandoori masala.
