Water
Spinach with Salted Fish
Ingredients
1 bunch spinach – only take leaves
and soft stems
50 grams of salted fish (using red snapper)
1 onion cut round
2 cloves garlic, ground
5 cm ginger, ground
50 grams of anchovies,
ground
1 red chili cut stems diagonally
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
Salt
Sugar
1 cup water
Methods
1.
Soak anchovies to soften
it.
2.
Fried salted
fish fried and coarsely ground.
3.
Sauté grounded
ingredients, onion, salted fish which has been pounded, and red chilies
until wilted and fragrant.
4.
Put water spinach
stems and stirred until wilted and after that put spinach leaves.
5.
Pour water and
stir the spinach until well blended. Add salt and sugar
to taste.
6.
Once cooked, served it
with rice.
Kangkung Ikan Masin
Bahan-bahan
1
ikat kangkung – diambil daun dan batang lembut
50
gram ikan masin (guna ikan merah)
1
bawang besar dipotong bulat
2
ulas bawang putih, dikisar
5
cm halia, dikisar
50
gram ikan bilis, dikisar
1
batang cili merah dipotong menyerong
1
sudu besar kicap
1
sudu besar sos tiram
Garam
Gula
1
cawan air
Langkah-langkah
1. Ikan bilis
direndam agar lembut.
2. Ikan masin
digoreng seketika dan ditumbuk kasar.
3. Tumiskan bahan
kisaran, bawang besar, ikan masin yang telah ditumbuk dan cili merah sehingga
layu dan berbau wangi.
4. Masukkan
batang kangkung dan dikacau sehingga layu dan terus memasukkan bahagian daun
kangkung.
5. Curahkan air
dan kacau kangkung sehingga sebati.
Masukkan garam dan gula secukup rasa.
6. Setelah masak,
angkat sayur dan dihidang untuk dimakan dengan nasi.
