AYAM KUNG POA / KUNG POA CHICKEN





Kung Poa Chicken

Ingredients

½ kg chicken cut into small pieces
1 onion sliced
3 cloves garlic sliced
1 teaspoon homemade ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon homemade multi-purpose paste
1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
½ teaspoon mixed spice
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons creamy-sweet soy sauce
2 inch carrots cut into small lengthwise
1 red chilli cut lengthwise
100 grams of cashew nuts
Fried onions
Spring onions
Parsley
Salt
Sugar
Oil for frying

Methods
  1. Mix chicken with ginger-garlic paste, multi-purpose paste, black pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt. Marinate for 15-30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté sliced onion, sliced ​​garlic, red chilli and carrots.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and multi-purpose paste.
  4. Once fragrant, add marinated chicken.
  5. Stir until chicken is cooked.
  6. Add oyster sauce and soy sauce. Stir until all ingredients well mixed.
  7. Add cashew nuts and mix until all ingredients mixed.
  8. Garnished with coriander leaves, fried onions and spring onion.
Ayam Kung Poa

Bahan-bahan

½ kg ayam dipotong kecil
1 ulas bawang besar dimayang
3 ulas bawang putih
1 sudu teh pes halia-bawang putih
1 sudu teh pes pelbagai-guna
1 sudu teh serbuk kasar lada hitam
½ sudu teh rempah campuran
3 sudu besar sos tiram
2 sudu besar kicap lemak manis
2 inci lobak merah dipotong kecil memanjang
1 batang cili merah dipotong memanjang
100 gram biji gajus
Bawang goreng
Daun bawang
Daun sup
Garam
Gula
Minyak untuk menumis

Langkah-langkah
  1. Campurkan ayam dengan pes halia-bawang putih, pes pelbagai-guna, serbuk lada hitam, kicap, sos tiram dan garam. Perapkan selama 15 – 30 minit.
  2. Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali dan tumis bawang besar, bawang putih yang dimayang, cili merah dan lobak merah
  3. Masukkan pes halia-bawang putih dan pes pelbagai-guna.
  4. Setelah tumisan naik bau, masukkan ayam yang telah diperap.
  5. Kacau sehingga ayam masak.
  6. Masukkan sos tiram dan kicap. Kacau sehingga semua bahan tumisan sebati.
  7. Masukkan biji gajus dan gaul sehingga semua bahan bercampur.
  8. Hidangkan dengan hiasan daun sup, bawang goreng dan daun bawang.
