IKAN CELUP TEPUNG GORENG RANGUP / FRIED FISH DIPPED IN CRISPY FLOUR


Fried Fish Dipped In Crispy Flour

Ingredients

3 yellow-tail scads fish, cleaned, washed and drained
3 tablespoons whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon corn flour
1 tablespoon rice flour
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 egg
Salt
Sugar
Water
Oil for frying

Methods

  1. Other than fish and cooking oil, mixed all the ingredients in a container and make a paste. 
  2. Dip cleaned fish into paste and fry until golden brown. 
  3. Drain oil and serve with the sauce. 
Ikan Celup Tepung Goreng Rangup

Bahan-bahan

3 ekor ikan selar, disiang, dibersih dan ditoskan
3 sudu besar tepung gandum
1 sudu besar tepung jagung
1 sudu besar tepung beras
1 sudu teh serbuk kunyit
1 biji telor ayam
Garam
Gula
Air
Minyak untuk menggoreng

Langkah-langkah

  1. Ketepikan ikan dan minyak masak, satukan semua bahan dalam bekas dan dijadikan pes. 
  2. Celup ikan yang diketepikan dan gorengkan sehingga kuning keemasan. 
  3. Toskan minyak dan makan bersama sos.
