NASI LEMUNI / LEMUNI RICE




Lemuni rice

Ingredients 

1 kg of basmathi rice is washed and tossed
6 cups water
1 cup lemuni leaf extract
200 grams coconut cream, coconut milk can also be use
Onion minced
Garlic minced
Ginger sliced
4 herbs spice
Pandan leaf
Lemongrass
Salt
Sugar
Olive oil 

Methods 
  1.  Heat the pot, add olive oil.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic and sliced ​​ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add pandan leaf, lemon grass and spices.
  4. Add water and lemuni leaf extract, heat it to boil.
  5. Salt and sugar to taste. Stir for a while.
  6. After boiling, add coconut cream and rice.
  7. Stir until mixed, cover the pan and leave until rice cook.
  8. Once cooked, ​ready to be served with other dishes.
If using NOXXA multi-cooker
  1. Press on STIR FRY, add the oil and sauté onion, garlic, ginger slices and four-herb spice so that it fragrant.
  2. Add water, lemuni leaves extract and coconut milk.
  3. Add rice, salt and sugar to taste.
  4. Press STEAM 7 times, cover the pan with lid, adjust the adjusting button on STEAM.
  5. Wait until noxxa buzzer sounds. Let it for a while before release the pan cover.
  6. Ready to serve with other dishes.
Nasi Lemuni 

Bahan-bahan

1 kg beras basmathi dibasuh dan ditoskan seketika
6 cawan air
1 cawan air kisaran daun lemuni
1 kotak krim kelapa (coconut cream) santan biasa pun boleh
Bawang besar dimayang
Bawang putih dimayang
Halia dihiris
Rempah 4 sekawan
Daun pandan
Serai
Garam
Gula
Minyak zaiton 

Langkah-langkah
  1. Panaskan periuk, masukkan minyak zaiton.
  2. Tumis bawang besar dan bawang putih serta hirisan halia sehingga wangi.
  3. Masukkan daun pandan, serai dan rempah 4 sekawan.
  4. Masukkan air dan air perahan daun lemuni, panaskan sehingga mendidih.
  5. Perisakan dengan garam dan gula. Kacau seketika.
  6. Setelah mendidih, masukkan krim kelapa dan beras.
  7. Kacau seketika, tutup periuk dan dibiarkan sehingga nasi masak.
  8. Setelah masak, nasi dikores sedikit dan siap untuk dihidang dengan juadah yang lain.
Jika guna Noxxa, 
  1. Tekan on STIR FRY, masukkan minyak dan tumis bawang besar, bawang putih, hirisan halia dan rempah empat sekawan sehingga naik bau.
  2. Masukkan air, air perahan daun lemuni dan santan.
  3. Masukkan beras dan perisakan dengan garam dan gula.
  4. Tekan STEAM sebanyak 7 kali, tutup periuk dengan penutup, laraskan tombol pelaras pada STEAM.
  5. Tunggu sehingga buzzer Noxxa berbunyi. Biarkan seketika baru dibuka penutup periuk.
  6. Siap untuk dihidang dengan juadah yang lain.
