BAWAL GORENG / FRIED POMFRET


Fried Pomfret

Ingredients

1 black pomfret fish - cleaned and slit
2 tablespoons of turmeric powder
Salt
Oil - for frying

Methods

1.    Fish that have been cleaned and slit, rubbed with all the ingredients.
2.    Marinate for about 15 to 30 minutes.
3.    Fry in the pan (if possible in deep frying)
4.    Serve hot with rice and hot sourdipping sauce or chilli in soy sauce.

Bawal Goreng

Bahan-bahan

1 ekor ikan bawal hitam – dibersih dan dikelar
2 sudu besar serbuk kunyit
Garam
Minyak – untuk menggoreng

Langkah-langkah

1.    Ikan yang telah dibersih dan dikelar dilumur dengan semua bahan-bahan.
2.    Perapkan selama lebih kurang 15 – 30 minit.
3.    Gorengkan ikan dalam kuali (jika boleh secara goreng tenggelam).
4.    Hidangkan panas bersama nasi dan airasam pencicah atau kicap cili.
