Salted Fish and Pineapple in Hot Creamy Sauce
Ingredients
2 slices pineapple cut into small pieces
300 grams of dried fish medium size cut
Coconut milk from a coconut seed / palm oil milk
1 tablespoon homemade multi-purpose paste
1 stalk lemon grass, pounded
½ pieces of turmeric leaves, medium cut
1 tablespoon of turmeric powder
Salt (if needed)
Sugar
Tamarind / dates vinegar
Water
Methods
- Dried fish put in a container filled with water and heated up quite boiling.
- Enter versatile paste, turmeric leaves and turmeric powder.
- Enter tamarind / vinegar dates.
- After that, add coconut milk little by little.
- Once everything is well mixed, stir and add pineapple, salt and sugar.
- After boiling, remove from heat and ready to be served.
Bahan-bahan
2 potongan nenas dipotong menjadi kepingan kecil
300 gram ikan kering dipotong sederhana
Santan kelapa dari satu biji kelapa/santan sawit
1 sudu besar pes serbaguna buatan sendiri
1 batang serai dititik
½ keping daun kunyit dipotong sederhana
1 sudu besar serbuk kunyit
Garam (jika perlu)
Gula
Asam keping / Cuka kurma
Air
Langkah-langkah
- Ikan kering dimasukkan dalam bekas berisi air dan dipanaskan sehingga agak mendidih.
- Masukkan pes serbaguna, daun kunyit dan serbuk kunyit.
- Masukkan asam keping/cuka kurma.
- Selepas itu masukkan santan sedikit demi sedikit.
- Setelah semuanya sebati, kacau dan masukkan nenas, garam dan gula.
- Setelah mendidih matikan api dan siap untuk dihidang.
