Methods
Sauté onions and chillies until wilted, add the sausages that had been cut.
Put all the sauces. Break the eggs, stir and mix evenly.
Enter black pepper and mayonnaise. Mix well.
Cut cheddar cheese into two. Place the cheese on hotdogs and sandwiches that have been buttered.
Grill the bread/bun until cheese melts. Place the cooked sausages and garnish with lettuce, mayonnaise and chilli sauce.
Ready to be served.
Sandwic Sosej Berkeju

3 batang sosej - dipotong 2 roti hotdog – dibelah tanpa putus 4 keping roti sandwich 3 keping keju cheddar Mentega untuk disapu pada roti 1 bawang besar - dimayang 1 batang cili merah - dimayang 1 sudu besar sos plum 1 sudu besar sos cili 1 sudu besar sos tomato 1 sudu besar mayonnaise 1 sudu teh serbuk lada hitam 1 biji telor Minyak untuk menumis Daun salad untuk hiasan
Langkah-langkah
Tumis bawang dan cili sehingga layu, masukkan sosej yang telah dipotong.
Masukkan semua sos-sos yang digunakan. Pecahkan telor, kacau dan gaul sekata.
Masukkan serbuk lada hitam dan mayonnaise. Gaul rata.
Keju cheddar dibahagia dua. Letakkan diatas roti hotdog dan sandwich yang telah disapu mentega.
Bakar roti sehingga keju mencair. Letakkan sosej yang tersedia dan dihias dengan daun salad, mayonnaise dan sos chili.

Langkah-langkah
Daging diperap dengan garam dan lada hitam selama 15 minit.
Salai daging yang diperap sehingga masak. Potong kecil
Semua pucuk direbus sehingga sedikit layu dan dipotong kecil.
Gaulkan aneka pucuk dengan pes pelbagai guna, cili padi, daging salai dan santan.
Panaskan bekas yang dicampur semua bahan pada api kecil sehingga hampir mendidih.
