LEMPENG PISANG BERKHASIAT / NUTRITIOUS BANANA PANCAKE



Nutritious Banana Pancake

Ingredients

2 bananas meshed
10 tablespoons of instant oats
5 dates – chopped
3 prunes – chopped
1 tablespoon raisins
1 tablespoon almonds flakes
1 teaspoon of chocolate chips
3 tablespoons flour
Salt and sugar to taste
Olive oil

Methods
  1. Mashed bananas and add all other ingredients except olive oil.
  2. Mix well with an appropriate concentration.
  3. Heat a non stick frying pan with a little olive oil and add the mixture to form a round pancake.
  4. Turn the pancake and let stand for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, served for breakfast with black coffee.
Lempeng Pisang berkhasiat

Bahan-bahan

2 biji pisang
10 sudu besar oats segera
5 biji kurma – dipotong kecil
3 biji prunes – dipotong kecil
1 sudu besar kismis
1 sudu besar badam dicincang
1 sudu teh cip cokelat
3 sudu besar tepung
Garam dan gula secukup rasa
Minyak zaiton

Langkah-langkah
  1. Pisang dilenyek dan masukkan semua bahan yang lain kecuali minyak zaiton.
  2. Gaul rata dengan kepekatan yang sesuai.
  3. Panaskan kuali dengan sedikit minyak zaiton dan masukkan bahan campuran dengan membentuk bulat.
  4. Terbalikkan lempeng dan dibiarkan selama 2 – 3 minit.
  5. Setelah masak, hidangkan sebagai sarapan pagi bersama kopi O.
