MACARONI KEJU PEDAS BAKAR / BAKED SPICY MACARONI CHEESE









Baked Spicy Macaroni Cheese

Ingredients

500 grams macaroni - boil according to the manufacturer's instructions until tender

Ingredients for béchamel sauce

2 tablespoons butter

500 ml fresh milk (evaporated milk can also be used)
2 cups multi-purpose flour 
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese 
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon spice mixture

For Spicy Sauce


2 tablespoon homemade blended chilli paste
1 tablespoon homemade multi usage paste
1 tablespoon homemade ginger-garlic paste
3 tablespoon homemade pasta sauce
Salt
Sugar

For Topping


1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Sliced ​​red capsicum

Methods

For béchamel sauce

  1. Melt butter in a pan and add flour multipurpose. Stir until the flour brown.
  2. Add the fresh milk and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  3. Put nutmeg powder, mixed spices and salt. Continue to stir.
For macaroni cheese

  1. Sauté all spicy sauce ingredients until fragrant.
  2. Pour boiled macaroni and mixed well. Add salt and sugar to taste.
  3. Preheat oven at 170 degrees Celsius.
  4. Scoop spicy macaroni into the baking container. Pour the béchamel sauce over the spicy macaroni and stir until it becomes well mixed.
  5. Compresses slightly and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese, bell pepper and shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake the mixture for 30 minutes or until cheese become golden yellow.
  7. Slice and serve.

Bahan-bahan

500 grams macaroni direbus mengikut arahan pembuat sehingga lembut

Bahan-bahan bagi sos béchamel


2 sudu besar mentega
500 ml susu segar (susu isian sejat juga boleh digunakan)
2 cawan tepung pelbagai guna
½ cawan keju mozzarella disagat
1 sudu teh garam
1 sudu teh serbuk pala
1 sudu teh rempah campuran

Bahan-bahan sos pedas

2 sudu besar pes cili kisar buatan sendiri
1 sudu besar pes halia-bawang putih buatan sendiri
3 sudu besar sos pasta buatan sendiri
Garam
Gula

Bahan-bahan tabur

1 cawan sagatan keju mozzarella
1 cawan sagatan keju cheddar
Capsicum dipotong

Langkah-langkah

Untuk sos béchamel

  1. Cairkan mentega di dalam kuali dan masukkan tepung pelbagai guna. Kacau sehingga tepung menjadi keperangan.
  2. Masukkan susu segar dan sagatan keju mozzarella. 
  3. Masukkan serbuk pala, rempah campuran dan garam. Teruskan mengacau.
Untuk macaroni berkeju

  1. Tumis semua bahan sos pedas.
  2. Masukkan macaroni yang telah direbus dan digaul rata. Perisakan dengan garam dan gula.
  3. Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 170 darjah Celsius.
  4. Sendukkan macaroni dalam bekas pembakar. Tuang sos béchamel ke atas macaroni dan kacau sehingga menjadi agar keras.
  5. Padatkan sedikit dan taburkan sagatan keju mozzarella, capsicum dan sagatan keju cheddar.
  6. Bakar selama 30 minit atau sehingga keju menjadi kuning keemasan.
  7. Potong dan hidangkan.
