RENDANG DAGING MENGGUNAKAN PERIUK TEKANAN NOXXA / BEEF RENDANG USING NOXXA PRESSURE COOKER




Beef Rendang Using Noxxa Pressure Cooker

Ingredients

500 grams of beef, cut cubed
2 onions *
4 cloves garlic *
1 inch ginger *
½ inch galangal *
½ inch fresh turmeric *
3 stalks lemongrass *
10 chili padi (bird’s eye chili) *
2 pieces of turmeric leaves (finely chopped ½ pieces for garnishing) *
(*) All materials blended


4 tablespoons homemade chili paste
1 tablespoon of turmeric powder
3 cups thick coconut milk
2 tablespoons kerisek (fried coconut)
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Olive oil
Salt
Sugar
Dried tamarind

Methods

  1. Add all ingredients into Noxxa Pressure Cooker pot.
  2. Put the lid, press ON button and press High Pressure button on the panel 15 times
  3. Press ON button again and turn the pressure regulator knob to PRESSURE
  4. Wait until buzzer sound, release the pressure regulator knob.
  5. Open the lid, and stir well.
  6. Ready to be serve with steamed rice.
Rendang Daging Mengguna Periuk Tekanan Noxxa

Bahan-bahan

500 gram daging lembu
2 biji bawang besar *
4 ulas bawang putih *
1 inci halia *
½ inci lengkuas *
½ inci kunyit segar *
3 batang serai *
10 biji cili padi *
2 helai daun kunyit (½ helai dipotong halus untuk taburan) *
(*) semua bahan dikisar

4 sudu pes cili kisar
1 sudu besar serbuk kunyit
3 cawan santan pekat
2 sudu besar kerisek
1 sudu besar gula melaka
Minyak zaiton
Garam 
Gula
Asam keping

Langkah-langkah

  1. Masukkan semua bahan-bahan ke dalam Periuk Tekanan Noxxa.
  2. Letakkan penutup periuk sehingga kemas, tekan butang ON dan tekan butang HIGH PRESSURE 15 kali.
  3. Tekan butang ON sekali lagi dan pusing tombol tekanan kekedudukan PRESSURE.
  4. Tunggu sehingga buzzer berbunyi.
  5. Buka penutup dan kacau rendang.
  6. Siap untuk dihidang bersama nasi.
