Ingredients
(Serves 4)
300 grams of yellow noodles
100 grams of meat (boiled and thinly cut)
100 grams of chicken cut into cubes
1 large onion sliced
2 cloves of garlic sliced
1 tablespoon homemade ginger-garlic paste
1 tablespoon homemade multi purpose paste
3 tablespoons homemade chili paste
4 tablespoons homemade tomato sauce
3 tablespoons coarsely blended peanut
4 eggs
Salt
Sugar
Olive oil
For garnishing
Fried shallots
Calamansi
Green mustard
Hard-boiled eggs - optional
Methods
1.
Blanch yellow
noodles and drain.
2.
Boiled meat
and set aside the broth, and thinly cut the meat.
3.
Heat olive oil
and fry the onion and garlic until wilted.
4.
Sauté ginger-garlic
paste, chili paste and multi purpose paste until fragrant.
5.
Put in tomato
sauce, cubed chicken, peanuts and stir until blended.
6.
Add the beef
broth to dilute the gravy.
7.
Once the gravy
boils, break eggs and let it harden.
8.
Add salt and
sugar to taste.
9.
Put the cut
mustard leaves.
10.
Prepare a
container with blanched yellow noodles.
11.
Spoon the
gravy over the noodles.
12.
Garnish with
fried shallots, hard-boiled egg (optional) and a sliced calamansi.
13.
Ready to be
served.

bawang besar dimayang

ulas bawang putih dimayang

sudu besar pes halia-bawang putih buatan sendiri

sudu besar pes serbaguna buatan sendiri
3
sudu besar pes cili kisar buatan sendiri
4
sudu besar sos tomato buatan sendiri
3
sudu besar kisaran kacang tanah
4
biji telur
Garam
Gula
Minyak
zaiton
Untuk
hiasan
Bawang
goreng
Limau
kasturi
Sawi
Telur
rebus – optional
Langkah-langkah
1. Celur mee
kuning dan toskan.
2. Rebuskan
daging dan ketepikan air rebusan, daging ditos dan dipotong nipis.
3. Panaskan
minyak zaiton dan tumiskan bawang besar dan bawang putih sehingga layu.
4. Tumiskan pes
halia-bawang putih, pes serbaguna dan pes cili kisar sehingga naik bau.
5. Masukkan sos
tomato, daging ayam, kacang tanah dan kacau sehingga sebati.
6. Tambahkan air
rebusan daging untuk mencairkan kuah.
7. Setelah kuah mendidih
pecahkan telur dan biarkan mengeras.
8. Tambahkan
garam dan gula secukup rasa.
9. Masukkan daun
sawi yang dipotong.
10. Sediakan bekas
dengan mee kuning yang telah dicelur.
11. Sendukkan kuah
yang telah mendidih ke atas mee.
12. Hiaskan dengan
bawang goreng, telur rebus (optional) dan limau nipis yang dibelah.
13. Siap untuk
dihidang.
