Beef in Hot Creamy Sauce and Basil
Ingredients
½ kg beef cut
in 1-inch chunks
10 -15 basil
leaves
2 potatoes cut
into wedges
1 ginger
flower finely cut
The materials
crushed / blended
5 to 10 bird’s
eye chilli (quantity depending on the level of hotness)
½ turmeric
leaves
1 sprig basil
4 cloves of
garlic
1 inch cekur
1 inch
turmeric
1 inch of
ginger
Other mixed
materials
50 ml palm
milk
1 tablespoon multi-purpose
paste
1 teaspoon of
turmeric powder
Salt
Sugar
Methods
1. Pour water in a pot and add blended
ingredients, multi-purpose paste and turmeric powder, mix thoroughly.
2. Add beef and potatoes, cook until soft
and tender.
3. Pour palm milk and stir. After
boiling, put basil leaves and ginger flower, stir until well blended. Season it
with salt and sugar.
4. Ready to served with rice.
Masak Lemak
Cili Padi Daging dan Daun Selasih

kg daging lembu dipotong ketulan 1 inci

biji kentang dipotong wedges

kuntum bunga kantan dimayang

ditumbuk/dikisar

– 10 biji cili padi (bergantung kepada tahap kepedasan)
½
helai daun kunyit

tangkai daun selasih

ulas bawang putih

inci cekur
1
inci kunyit
1
inci halia

campuran lain
50
ml santan sawit
1
sudu besar pes serbaguna
1
sudu teh serbuk kunyit
Garam
Langkah-langkah
1.
Isikan air dalam periuk dan masukkan
bahan dikisar, serbuk kunyit dan pes serbaguna, kacau sehingga sebati.
2.
Masukkan daging dan kentang, biarkan
sehingga lembut.
3.
Masukkan santan sawit dan kacau. Setelah mendidih masukkan bunga kantan, daun
selasih dan kacau sehingga sebati. Perisakan dengan garam dan gula.
4.
Setelah semua sebati siap untuk
dihidang bersama nasi.
