Fried
Chicken in Spicy Soy Sauce
Ingredients
½ chicken cut small
1 teaspoon homemade ginger-garlic paste
1 tablespoons homemade chili paste
1 tablespoons curry powder (meat / fish)
2 potatoes cut wedges
1 onion cut round
Tempe
2 stalks dried chilies
1 / 2 cups soy sauce (sweet-creamy / creamy)
Salt
Sugar
Olive oil
Water
Methods
1.
Marinate
chicken with turmeric powder, curry powder, garlic-ginger paste and salt. Put aside for 15 – 30 minutes.
2.
Heat pan and pour olive oil
3. Fry marinated chicken. Put
aside.
4. Fry potato. Put aside.
5. Fry tempe. Put aside.
6. Fry dried chillies.
Put aside.
7. Sauté blended ingredients until
fragrant. Put curry powder.
8. After well
mixed and crisp, pour soy sauce and some
water.
9. After boiling put fried chicken, fried potatoes, fried tempe, fried
dried chillies and cut round onion.
10. Add salt and sugar to taste. Mix until well mixed.
11.
Ready to be served.
Ayam Masak Kicap Berempah
Bahan-bahan
½ ekor ayam potong
kecil
1 sudu besar
bawang kisar
1 sudu teh pes
halia-bawang putih kisar
1 sudu besar cili
kisar
1 sudu besar
serbuk kari (daging/ikan)
2 biji kentang
dipotong wedges
1 biji bawang
besar dipotong bulat
Tempe
2 tangkai cili
kering
1/2 cawan kicap
(lemak manis / lemak)
Garam
Gula
Minyak
zaitun
Air
Langkah-langkah
1.
Perapkan
ayam dengan serbuk kunyit, serbuk kari, pes halia-bawang putih dan garam. Ketepikan.
2.
Panaskan kuali dan
masukkan minyak zaitun.
3.
Goreng ayam yang
diperap. Ketepikan.
4.
Goreng kentang.
Ketepikan.
5.
Goreng tempe. Ketepikan.
6.
Goreng cili
kering. Ketepikan.
7.
Tumis bahan kisar
sehingga naik bau. Masukkan rempah kari.
8.
Setelah sebati dan
garing, masukkan kicap dan sedikit air.
9.
Setelah mendidih
masukan ayam goreng, kentang goreng, tempe goring, cili kering goreng dan
bawang yang dipotong bulat.
10. Masukkan garam dan gula secukup rasa. Gaul sehingga sebati.
11. Siap untuk dihidang.
