SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE AYAM / CHICKEN SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE

Bahan-bahan untuk sos pasta / Ingredients for pasta sauces
Semua bahan dipanaskan / All ingredients heated
Sos pasta buatan sendiri / Homemade pasta sauces added
Siap untuk dimakan / Ready to eat
Chicken Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients
 
1 package spaghetti boiled
400 grams of minced chicken
250 grams of button mushrooms
1 large onion cut into cubes
2 tablespoons homemade chili paste
2 stalks frankfurters thinly slice
1 teaspoon of dried herb mix
1 teaspoon black pepper
5 basil leaves
1 bay leaf
Salt
Sugar
Olive oil

Methods

1.    Heat the olive oil and sauté the onion, ginger, garlic and chili paste.
2.    Put minced chicken and stir until it becomes white.
3.    Put button mushrooms and frankfurters. Continue mixing until well blended.
4.    Pour tomato sauce into the mixture and stirred.
5.    Put basil leaves, dried herb mix, black pepper and bay leaf.
6.    Season it with salt and sugar. Stir until boiling.
7.    Place spaghetti on a plate and pour over with spaghetti sauce.
8.    Serve it with homade meatball.

Spaghetti Bolognese Ayam

Bahan-bahan

1 bungkus spaghetti direbus
400 grams daging ayam kisar
250 grams cendawan butang
1 bawang besar dipotong kiub
2 batang frankfurters dipotong nipis
1 sudu teh herba campuran kering
1 sudu teh lada hitam
5 helai daun selasih
1 helai daun bay
Garam
Gula
Minyak zaiton

Langkah-langkah

1.    Panaskan minyak zaiton dan tumiskan bawang besar, pes halia-bawang putih dan pes kisaran cili.
2.    Masukkan daging ayam kisar dan kacau sehingga menjadi putih.
3.    Masukkan cendawan butang dan frankfurters.  Terus menggaul sehingga sebati.
4.    Masukkan sos tomato ke dalam campuran dan dikacau.
5.    Masukkan daun selasih, herba campuran kering, lada hitam dan daun bay.
6.    Perisakan dengan garam dan gula.  Kacau sehingga mendidih.
7.    Letakkan spaghetti di dalam bekas dan siramkan dengan kuah spaghetti.
8.    Hidangkan bersama bebola daging buatan sendiri.
