MASAK LEMAK CILI PADI AYAM PUCUK UBI DAN REBUNG / CHICKEN TAPIOCA SHOOT AND BAMBOO SHOOT IN HOT CREAMY SAUCE



Chicken-Tapioca Shoot and Bamboo Shoot in Hot Creamy Sauce


Ingredients

500 grams chicken cut into small pieces
300 gram tapioca shoot finely cut
3 inch bamboo shoots cut round
½ turmeric leaves finely cut
200 gram of thick coconut milk
Salt
Sugar
Water

Methods

1.    Heat water in a pan and put homemade multi-purpose paste.
2.    Add chicken and cook until soft.
3.    Put finely cut tapioca shoots and turmeric leaves.
4.    Add coconut milk and stir until smooth. Add salt and sugar to taste.
5.    After boiling, place in bowl and served with rice.

Masak Lemak Cili Padi Ayam, Pucuk Ubi dan Rebung

Bahan-bahan

500 gram ayam dipotong kecil
300 gm pucuk ubi diracik halus
3 inci rebung dipotong bulat
2 sudu besar pes serba guna
½ helai daun kunyit diracik halus
200 gm santan pekat
Garam
Gula
Air

Langkah-langkah

1.    Panaskan air dalam periuk dan masukkan pes kisaran serbaguna.
2.    Masukkan ayam dan biarkan sehingga lembut.
3.    Masukkan pucuk upi dan daun kunyit yang telah diricik halus.
4.    Masukkan santan dan kacau sehingga sebati. Masukkan garam dan gula secukup rasa.
5.    Setelah mendidih, masukkan ke dalam mangkuk dan dihidang bersama nasi.
